Swingy - the company are expecting $600k for the first month but this has dropped recently due to wti. Whoever, you are thinking a little low of $1.4m a year. Suspect it will be double that but the SP has done well over this week.

ITX - bought at 4.35p end of last week and see double figures potentially but will top slice around 7p

The company set it at 20% but I didn’t believe that. I mentioned 5 fold but could have done 10 fold probably. But you seem to be missing the point - it was a free trade and a punt and hence I worked on momentum to leave 25% of my initial trade in for free. Some you win, some you lose.

As you said and I said, it was a punt - didn’t work out but it was a punt. However every investment does not work out either but this is quite obvious and proven by the company accounts and the twaddle by the CEO with numbers proving this will not work to get to cashflow positive without any further fund raise.

Yep - you do have another daft question

Toople is a POS with a strategy that will fail - yes MATD had a duster but was a gamble as the COS was 9% - hence I traded it to get a free carry before TD as it would 5 fold if it hit oil.

But what has Toople got - as in my view - will be a failure but may pop up a little before it consolidates before the next fund raise next year around the nominal value of 0.0667p

If you read my response to harhoo on Nov 10th referring to MATD I said

The trouble with the finals to September 30th will not show too much.

The bank balance will show very little really as the funds were raised in September but expect the cash balance to be around £1.85m but still owing DB his personal loan of £544k.

Expect full year results up to September 2018 to be

£1.4m revenue
£1.2m cost of sales
£200k gross profit
£1.6m admin costs

£1.4m loss for the 12 months up to 30th September 2018. It will be the next interims which will show the failure of the strategy the company are continuing to prove successful even after the proven years of failure. These results will not be issued until June/July 2019 but consolidation or future funding may be required before then.

Gives the CEO more time to waffle on interviews and in the RNS where the words ‘suspect’ ‘expect’ and ‘anticipate’ with other hopeful wording used to try and justify the figures and future wishful expectations.

Still I am sure there will be many picking at the figures which will be different to those previously used. With all the smoke and mirrors, it will be hard to tie up everything without huge holes showing in the failures many are expecting

He previously bought around 22p so he was not expecting single figures in my view. If he did, he would have waited. Sensible decision to start averaging down if you make a mistake and buy too high.

Fadec - the company have not said they are funded. What they said was “Importantly, the Company anticipates delivering sufficient cashflow to cover its overheads for 2019.”

Pointed this out several times, will cover its overheads but not the administrative expenses. It will become clear on 13th but I wonder what is not covered in its overheads. Sub contract labour, consultants, lawyers and so on.

I have not moved any goalposts - predicted a placing in 2018 as per my tweet in August. I suspect in November as Dec is not the ideal month but moved to Dec 13th as I expected the results to be issued in Nov like last year.

My posting is purely due to the usual attacks against me on here and responding to the pathetic attacks - informed before, leave me out of it and I will not post. But everytime, somebody mentions me and misinterprets or lies about what I have said. All there in my posts and feel I may have to cut and pasted many of them over the weekend for what I have said.

Now if you think my posting or opinions cause harm to any other investor then may be you look in a mirror. You may have to after 13th when you realise the company as you put it are not “funded”. When you mention false information like that, it has to be put right. They will have enough cashflow to cover the overheads but not the largest value in the administraive expenses - “the direct costs”

Although I have said I expect a placing in 2018, I suspected it would arrive by the end of November but since then, the company announced the results will be issued on13th December. From this news, I suspect the placing will also be announced at the same time.

So as long as it comes in 2018 as I predicted, than all good. But when I predicted single figures coming when the SP was at 14.1p a month ago, again you all laughed but it only took until 19th to get there. Adding to that, if a placing is coming, a price of 5-7p is likely which I have mentioned before.

You all have to hope I am completely wrong. But you keep tempting me to continue posting galiini - you are not the best poster here to create a discussion in my view so I would suggest to stop responding to my post or better still, just filter me or just ignore - easy really.

I have been perfectly clear with my opinions. You twist it how you wish but don’t cry too much when I am correct.

This could be a very disruptive board over the weekend by the looks of it. The usual culprits will be here which will just encourage me to post my views - told you several times to leave me out and not respond but you seem to usually start it. Just baffles me how so many criticise when my views were so much more accurate than 95%+ on here. Many laughed at my 17.3p target, then when I changed it to 14p you thought I was living on a different planet. God knows where you think I am now when I forecast single figures a several weeks ago.

I will stop posting here as soon as I see no potential trades here but there is potential. My views are opposite to 95% of views on here but these views try and balance out the ramtastic views by some that completely ignore the potential downside. I wouldn’t post here as much but the multitude of attacks I get by posting a normal comment in here once in a while just encourages me and one post ends up as multiple posts. JJAL - we will have to set up another twitter group for the more bearish views rather than the ramping group already set up. Did they kick you out? Pretty pointless really when everyone should read everyone’s views and identify whether they agree or not. But as you know, you have to agree with them or they come out in droves. Never been there Joy - go to the Caribbean 3 times a year and always in early December - but never been to Mexico but celebrating a special occasion but it wasn’t my choice - prefer elsewhere myself

But with the lack of news about Kansas and the drop in SP due to WD which lost faith by some investors even though it was not priced in, I did say do not be surprised with a placing 5-7p. No wonder the company issued another RNS the following day to try and calm nerves
