Asta's board and Tom seem to have found some middle ground for now so its over to the Cornhill duo to deliver further newsflow with a reassuring nature, the fact Stefan has been living out of a suitcase for 3 months is good enough for me as his commitment to drive the company forward, like myself Stefan has a young family so to travel overseas for long periods of time in order to complete a JV which will potentially open the doors to Mexico's Oil & Gas space says its all which is why I continue to support the team.

Yes it seems very exciting and so glad we are in early. You may well be correct with beyond brilliant and cannot wait until new investors see what is happening. Astar are the only company to investigate the potential from Mexico, a country that has been controlled by the government since 1938 with little investment and could well be the new Middle East. It just seems fun watching the potential when I was in early and the future aspirations from the BOD. This in my view is a good buy before 2.5p. Let us see!! As Andrew Frangos said to Doc Holiday, he sees Astar changing to a new company in the next few weeks and months. The terms with GEO will sort this.

Roysie - I suspect you will be past the 2.29p soon. Think we will be hammering 2p on Mon/Tues and pass it mid week with a push to 2.5p. When Astar agree terms with GEO, this will be very interesting.

Since the year end the Company has raised £1.05 million in new equity. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts through to 30 June 2015 which assume no significant investment activity is undertaken unless sufficient funding is in place. The expenses of the Company's continuing operations are minimal and the cash flow forecasts demonstrate that the Company is able to meet these liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future.
