Gazza A rollover is always done at the ask as the shares bought and sold are the same. With a bed and isa, most do at the bid and not the ask as you can transfer more share but more importantly, the shares you sell will be higher than the shares you bought at a higher price. All absolutely clear to me. Hope this helps you to identify the differences in the future

Only had 820k cash at the end of September 2017 and cash burn is over 100k per month The maximum monies in the bank is 200k and will last until the end of May so more monies are required. These RNSs are ramping it up ready for the next placing so be careful as huge overheads for the size of the company. Personally, although Dave Breith is not running the company, he still has 22.2% holding but his mates are running the show. So be very cautious and do more research before you put your money in here in my view. Will need 1m pound minimum to keep the overhead costs as the costs of sales is about the same as the revenue incoming.

Well it could be the week after starting on Monday 23rd April based on the last quarterly figures issued on 25th January. So not concerned when it will be but those that look at the technical level, a few weeks before the news may help to brea� the downtrend where the SP is sitting at resistance. Would be nice to break this and be closer to 3p before news. With the rsi looking good above 50 and momentum recently gone into positive territory, all looking ready for a rise. Break 2.55p and 2.75p I expect to be slight resistance before 3p. Clearly a pi sold out on Friday but on the basis it was hard to buy, just need a pi to buy a few hundred shares above offer and up it goes. Just need a new investor that sees the potential which can start the rise as the downtrend will be broken.

Welll ARC will hopefully hold 100% in Zamsort in the similar fashion that the team performed to get 100% of Casa in due course. The CLNs we will get in Zamsort to finance the plant required will get ARC owning 100% but I haven�t looked into this for the potential cost. When I spoke to the board at Andiamo they clearly needed more funds and OTC didn�t provide further financing when required last year but provided a loan to Casa instead to fund the 15 hole drill program as much better investment which has proved to be correct. But Andiamo are struggling to get finance and finding a company that won�t a stake in Andiamo, so I feel it is very unlikely ARC will receive any funds from this sale as I feel it will not progress any further. Just a poor investment in the past but it is the smallest one of the 4 investments by a long way (if you exclude Sturec of course) Just feel any re rating is a while away as revenue is required from the 100% ownership of Zamsort and a plant being built. This will take time but one the name is changed on 22nd, I feel progress on this will be pretty much immediate. Long term this can be huge but I feel short term we will stay in the 2s with the odd rush into the low 3s to clear a few more placees. As I feel Zamsort will continue in the short term, the main progress I am looking for is Sturec and hope a sale of the asset is the best thing for ARC. A JV or a pool and share deal seems we will be tied in and feel a clean break from the original OTC asset is the best move forward. Let�s see what happens

Last year raised £2m at 8p which I was very surprised at a year ago. A complete rip off. So now raising £1m at 2p which will last 6 months tops. Just surprised they can issue them at this price. Thought I may well invest at 1p for a quick profit prior to administration in my view. The largest revenue which is over 50% is from DB who is the largest shareholder. Not all quite right in my view. Bye bye TOOP - it is just a matter of time.

But what do you think the placees get - shares in Senterra What do we say, £3m raised by issuing 200m shares at 1.5p Or issuing 150m shares at 2p Or issuing 100m shares at 3p Or issuing 50m shares at 6p It all depends on the assets held but the MCap will be worth say £5m but with 220m shares in issue giving an SP of 2.27p. On top of these shares issued, many will be held by united I suspect so without knowing the value of the assets, this is the bit that will identify the price the placees wish to pay for the assets held. The majority of the monies will go to united to cover the assets and they will hold warrants valued higher to both refinance future projects and give them an incentive. That is my view But you have to remember there will be considerably much higher shares in issue which I think you were missing out from your scenario.

draft I suspect united oil & gas may want to have some holding in Senterra so you need to look at the prospectus to see how much of the new company the existing SEN shareholders will hold. Definitely will not get anywhere near 11p in my view but the SP does depend on the value of the assets held by united and how many placing shares and at what price the placing is done at. Clearly there will be considerably more shares issued but I suspect it will be 6 months before you know. But really pleased for all holders as this is great news. I was in at the IPO but sold out at 4.25p as things were moving slow but it is still on my watch list.
