Fadec- the cannot put the whole contract in the RNS If I was True, I would have paid it based on 24 wells based on all 6 sections and not just 4 of them. With this in mind, we will have to see how the other sections go with Renegade but I am sure True would have paid less on 4 sections than 6. Time will tell

Blue - I personally don�t short and have no issue with it either Just to clarify my TP was 17.3p but a little concerned with the ED project with potentially any penalties from True if Renegade make a mess of the plans for sections 31-34. So although there is a lower support level, I may well hold off until things become clearer. The finals due in June may have more info but fundamentally there is currently no reason to buy. I had many negative views when I was invested which I got criticised for. I say what I see and fortunately for many, the filter button helps. My view will not change on DTU or PWP and the same I had a year ago when invested. All about Helios really also the same when I was invested. ED they had no money to progress without a huge placing which I had identified many times and the usual keyboard warriors come out. Sensibly the company had no choice and in the circumstances did a good job of selling to True. No ideal in the long term but as RP couldn�t get non dilutive funding, that is what happens. My views have not changed and will not but carry on trying to justify why my views have changed. But more important to talk about HNR and not individuals who have the right to post on any board whether they are invested or on their watchlist or even in fact shorting.

barn DTU or PWP is not proven to the market. They have had 2 tests. RP says the product needs at least 20 drills in different geological areas for both vertical and horizontal to prove the product to the market and fully appreciates how difficult this will be. Personally I feel many are getting well ahead of themselves just as some patents have been approved. But the patent does not prove the product works. It prevents other companies utilising the philosophy in the patent if it works. HNR have loads of work to do to prove the product before many companies will pay these costs additional to the drill costs.

I agree simber, H2 will be considerably higher than H1. The admin costs from the last Interims up to Sept 30st 2017 was GBP2.289m and expect the full year up to 31st March 2018 will be above GBP4.6m and expect it to be higher than GBP5m. We will find out next month. But yes from this month onwards, the admin costs will be considerably reduced but to what figure. Personally I have not got a clue but suspect GBP2-3m per year looking a previous years

Wiseoldelf - the admin costs are the admin costs and cannot be cancelled out so I look at the cash balance I did forecast before the raise in November they needed more funds which they did raise. Add on the revenue of USD3.9 and the USD5.4m from True and take out GBP2.6m Work it out and the cash balance i# around GBP7m but we all may work it out in a different way

trillsg- you were on about royalties which is option 1 which I was referring to. Highlands do not pay any monies but receive a royalty of 3 percent of USD18-27k Option 2 is where HNR pay for the refrac and pay USD600-900k and receive 100% ROI. HNR do not have the monies for that option in my view to make a substantial rewarding project

Elf - yes I did say 8m but was an estimate and so a month later is 7m, so may be 7,5m The 4.6m is the admin costs from the Interims which were 2.3m for 6 months - all there in the figures of the financial reports

Yes that is true But the royalties are small - what do HNR need? About 150 fracks on vertical wells to achieve GBP1m or 50 horizontal wells also to achieve that figure. A lot of wells required to achieve GBP1m. The figures in the report are so small and yes the court ruling should increase it but not by much in my view. Companies will not pay much more than assigned in the report as it would not be worth it. Best thing is a company to buy it to take it off the market or may be utilise the patents. But what will it be worth? GBP5m?

Not as big as you may think. Read the CPR report from January 2017 and look at page 29 onwards. Read it all and puts it all in perspective. Hence as I have said many times, Helios is the main project and not DTU with well bashing and no chance of another ED project as funds will not support it even with better finance. Pleased RP is looking at reducing the overheads which are currently around GBP4.6m and with only around GBP7m in the bank, there is not much scope for developing future projects. Yes ED will provide around GBP500k per month starting in November but will reduce by 50 percent within 6 months which will at least cover the overheads. Looks good to me having sold it at GBP3.5m more than the MCap. Was not a growth company REDS but with that capital of GBP21.6m, provide they utilise it correctly it can become a growth stock again. See what the BOD decide to do with the monies but at least there is now potential to develop a new growth company. Personally think they have kept the software company to prevent being a cash shell and the new company will be something completely different. Time will tell

The majority of the warrants are held by the founder RP which he cannot sell until they are exercised as he is a Director of the company. He can however sell his 12m shares in order to exercise his warrants. I hope he doesn�t though as it will not look good. The warrants have until 2020 until they expire
