My 15 yo son's £70 Nike football boots have fallen apart after only 5 months! Return and refund takes 4 weeks so need to buy new boots now for matches etc. Customer service is non existent, only LiveChat but when managed to speak to living person on phone said 20% discount - but do NOT want to buy Nike again online, cos they're crap. How on earth do you make a genuine complain against NIKE? No email addresses, no phone numbers and Google says only way of complaining is through LiveChat!!! I want full refund and extra money to but another pair from another company - help!
