Does anyone have much background information on Sunshine Minerals ?

According to a Twitter account called "Vibe Tickets Victims" Vibe Tickets' follower count on Twitter went from 103.2k down to 47.1k after the fake follower purge (screenshots were provided) How much has Vela ploughed into Vibe Tickets/Vibe Pay, Vibe Group Holdings Limited ? £600k ?

Then why at the bottom of the RNS does it say TIDM : BLOC ?

While the price of Bitcoin is currently declining and the crypto sector generally seems to be in a bit of a downtrend, it would seem that the opposite is true when it comes to adoption - especially in less developed countries such as Africa.

It looks like Binance are set to open up shop in Uganda and what's even better is they're going to be offering fiat on ramping, so it would appear the Ugandan government are actually supportive of crypto and if I'm correct BLCC's pilot project will be in Uganda. The Farmcoin SwarmFund seems to be off to a slow start which is a bit disappointing but seen as though there's 72 days left for it to run and we haven't had much news flow yet - there's plenty of time for things to change. One thing I was wondering though, is Alex Lightman still involved in all this ? We haven't heard anything from him recently and will Blockchain Commodities Exchange limited have any connection because he's still listed as director and the company is active.

Vela tweeted about SreamTV, just had a look at last years annual report "Following the conversion, the Company has an interest of 0.14% in the Class A common share capital of StreamTV" Don't know how big Glasses-Free 3D technology is going to be or how much of a part Ultra-D is going to play or if they've got any patents to eliminate competition ? 0.14% doesn't sound much though.

They're going to have to sort this ticker situation out, at the top of the RNS it's quoted as Block Commodities Ltd (BLOC) then 4 paragraphs down Block Commodities Limited / Epic: BLCC / Sector: Mining, not looking very professional is it guys !!!

I buy $BTC from Bittylicious, just checked their current prices $BTC 0.096 would cost £499.22 to buy via bank transfer, cross referenced this price on Preev and 0.096 converts to £491.30, so don't know how this compares to Coinbase but I've always found them reasonable, although prices to fluctuate depending on demand and it's the seller who sets the price as opposed to Bittylicious themselves.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens, with regards to amounts raised - the Wala ICO netted just 4% of $30m target but the team ran with it and made things happen, they're now gaining momentum across Africa and to quote the Coindesk article "with 100,000 merchants offering goods and services through Wala's platform, the startup has created a small-scale circular economy – something crypto enthusiasts have long vied for"

Not to pee on anyone's chips but my current concern with regards to Vela is - will BTL ever get one of those fabled contracts with a major global player in the finance or energy sector ? And if they don't, how long before they run out of money ? The prompt for raising this question was reading the Fortune article "Blockchain Firm R3 Is Running Out of Money" During the crypto/blockchain bullrun of 2017 the directors of Vela were being heralded as geniuses for trading in and out of BTL but now the Blockchain hype has lulled is BTL anything special ? And is the blockchain field looking crowded ?

By the looks of it, if you have a Swarm account you will have wallet addresses to deposit either Swarm (SWM), DAI, Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH). As the Farmcoin fund isn't live yet I'm unsure as to which form of currency you can use to invest, for example it seems two of the funds currently live can only be invested in using ETH while the other three accept SWM, BTC & ETH. On the Swarm site there is a link that says "get SWM tokens" but this takes you to Bancor which is a token exchange where you can't buy with fiat anyway. Anyone looking to buy crypto with fiat could use a site like Bittylicious using either your Ethereum or Bitcoin address for your Swarm account.

Maybe the litmus test will be the Farm Coin launch, how much investment it attracts will be a good indicator as to how successful the project as a whole could be. Farm Coin is still not listed on the Swarm Fund yet though. If money flows into Farm Coin I'm going to buy more BLCC.

Has anyone read the Forbes article "Massive Consensus Conference Succumbs To Blockchain 'Echo Chamber" SCC Ltd tweeted about it, very favourable for BTL.

Who knows, the FarmCoin investment opportunity goes live on the Swarm Fund on the 21st May but there's no details on there yet, there are 3 investments open on the Swarm Fund currently and it looks like 1 was set to run for 3 months and 2 for 6 months but I'm guessing that if an adequate funding level is reached the offering could end within those time frames. As far as I'm aware the proceeds from the FarmCoin sales are what is going to fund the building of the Commodities Ecosystem. The FarmCoin fund is seeking to raise a $14MM soft cap / $42MM hard cap.

Someone has mentioned it on here before but I'm surprised there isn't another discussion forum for BLCC (Telegram etc) because this LSE chat could disappear if BLCC isn't relisted on AIM. If you create a Swarm account (password and email is all you need) there is a discuss option on your dashboard which takes you to a Swarm forum where you can post, adding pictures, files, links etc. Nothing on Swarm about the FarmCoin launch yet though but I did read somewhere that it goes live on 21 May.

Am I right in thinking that the Commodities Exchange that is yet to be built is going to be an application of the Swarm Blockchain/ SRC20 protocol ? Which would make sense if Farm Coin is an SRC20 token.

TBH It's all new to me and a lot to take in. So Swarm is a fully decentralized capital market place where smaller investors are pooled together to invest via funds, $SWM is the utility token used on the Swarm marketplace to pay for transaction fees and used to invest (although some funds can be invested in using $ETH & $BTC) $SWM is a standard ERC20 token (built on the Ethereum blockchain) and can be purchased and sold outside of Swarm, for example it's listed on most decentralized Ethereum token exchanges, Fork Delta, Ether Delta etc. What you are buying is a tokenized security in the form of a SRC20 token (something new to me)... So are your Farm Coins a tokenized security or a utility token to be used in the Block & FinComEco commodity ecosystem or a kind of hybrid of both ? While you can do what you want with $SWM, take them off Swarm, store them on your Nano Ledger etc How does SRC20 tokens work ? Especially if they entitle you to income, can these be stored in a cold wallet and your income is sent out onto the blockchain and received when you make the wallet live ? Can SRC20 tokens be taken off Swarm ? If Farm Coins are SRC20 tokens (a token of the Swarm Blockchain) does that mean the commodities exchange will be built on Swarm because Swarm just looks like an investment vehicle at the moment - not an ecosystem for the farmers to use and I'm still unsure of Swarm being built on TokenD and the "Stellar blockchain" but everything being talked about is ERC20 SRC20 Ethereum related. Jeez ?

Makes you wonder what people would be better off holding, traditional BLCC shares or Farm tokens ? FARM token holders will benefit from a share in the fees and interest paid by the farmers" Some more research required here, so if one buys Farm tokens (SRC20 tokens) of the Swarm Blockchain how will you benefit financially ? These tokens sound similar to a cryptocurrency exchange coin that pays dividends or reduces fees on the exchange, where do these coins have to be stored ? Type of wallet etc or only on the Swarm Exchange ? To complicate things further, the Swarm Blockchain requires the user to have a SWM balance to pay for transactions on the Swarm blockchain.
