Gun receiving a fee for assisting a company to list on a real stock exchange (not worthless pink sheets otc) or Gun being repaid a loan with interest as opposed to being paid in shares of a worthless company?.....forgive me for being cynical but we've seen it all before.

Is it common practice for a company to put out an rns telling shareholders how they should vote written in large font bold text ? Isn't that shouting ? Desperation has set in it would seem, well Pete looks like you've played yourself, funding your obscene salary via the Lind con notes which get dumped straight back into the market has left the door open for a new player to buy their way in. Personally I'm hoping for a hostile takeover.

It's a bit suspicious that the Human Brands Twitter account has miraculously come back to life after 18 months and retweeted a post from the Shinju Whiskey Twitter account.

Let's hope this Tordoff guy doesn't turn out to be a bull****er and dreamer like Cleverly who lines his pockets via endless dilution. AFPO holders got took to the cleaners, BLCC buyers now down big time also, I'm showing a 80% loss and there's no signs of life.

Hopefully a new year will bring a new direction here, Ian Tordoff in the seat as CEO who should bring some credibility to BLCC, get the website and Twitter account updated, and finally show us a operating business with revenue. Before the 100m sell appeared that seems to have sent the sp haywire, we were showing as having a £500k mc so there's potential for growth from here and for the people who have a downer on Nex - Sativa seemed to do okay from 2 - 13p and it's a place to grow from.

Utter rubbish, so Aura's current financial position is all down to John Bennett of Preemptive Trading reneging on a subscription agreement for placing shares and no fault lies at the feet of Peter Reeve - the guy who thought he was entitled to increase his remuneration to $425k while the company is running on fumes and constant dilution. The board of Aura needed a wake up call and John has given them one.

So we put £250,000 in Oyster in 2017, then Oyster couldn't repay the loan notes so we ended up with 225 shares of Oyster, then we invested US$130,000 for another 108 taking our total shares up to 333 (30% of the issued share capital of Oyster) Now we're giving our share of Oyster away for, supposedly, £240,000 but I guess $200,000 of that will be in the form of Sajawin shares (which we'll agree not to sell for a year) but all this will only happen if the 'conditions precedents' are met and if they are, Sajawin will only have 55% of Oyster, so how much of Sajawin will Gun get for the $200,000 ? Whatever the amount, our share of Oyster seems to be diminishing.

And what to make of this: "The Production Sharing Contract for Blocks 1, 2, 3 & 4 in the Republic of Djibouti are not included in the Transaction and will be transferred to a party of Northbay and Gunsynd's choosing on or before Completion"

Fetching tea, coffee & hemorrhoid cream for Hamish because it doesn't look like he did anything else, there certainly wasn't any sign of any IPO's happening. Oh well, at least we've got those big buys from the heavy hitters in HK to look forward to...

I dread to think where the sp would be now if we hadn't of had him on board.

It's a dog, it's risky, the previous investments have done nothing and look suspect, no IPO'S have materialized, the directors are dubious (according to Gordon Bowden etc) Oyster is probably a non starter but there's a chance something could happen with the assets, albeit slim, but watch the volume and the pump if news stating progress with Oyster is ever released, that's why mugs like me stay here...

You don't run away with the money, you invest it via loan notes in sham businesses based abroad that have no intention of paying you back, makes you wonder where the money ends up once it has been washed through these companies that have no verifiable accounts ?

Oyster or bust....

Gunsynd (AIM: GUN, ISDX: GUN) announces that it has invested US$600,000 for 750 new ordinary shares in Summer Bay caravan park representing approximately 25% of Summer Bay's enlarged issued share capital.

Funds will be used primarily to buy 5 old caravans of Lenigas's mate Alf Stewart at a inflated marked-up price.

Foolishly brought in this around 14p during a brief pump before it continued its downtrend, lesson learnt here I guess. Have averaged down a bit but whenever the price starts to recover, good old Cliff starts diluting and tanks the sp again. We've had little information regarding the salt sales, could be a few 100 grams could be tonnes who knows ? Let's hope Manzanilla can work some magic. As for Belluscura, I was under the impression the original timeline was FDA clearance Q3 this year and POC sales Q4 - doesn't look like that's happening, does it. Wouldn't be surprised if Lucyd has spent more money on hiring Sherman than they've made in sales and the AR hype was just that. Have to just sit it out and hope things turn.
