Reeve postponed a general meeting supposedly because of Covid19 which gave him time to issue shares to people whose interest it was to keep to keep Asean members off the board because they would bring much needed oversight. Reeve, the old guard and their family members have been milking this dry for years. It's my understanding this over issuance of shares to secure the vote in Reeve's favour breached ASX rules and that's the reason why Aura is currently suspended on the ASX. I'm not sure what happens from here but the management of Aura have created a very toxic situation.

Really started to lose faith in the management of this one and Travia's latest interview didn't do anything to change my mind, he told Proactive investors that they were going to do a strategic review of Coin's investments because the market isn't applying a fair value to Coin's holdings so they're going to now focus on DeFi. KR1 is starting to look a superior Crypto stock to me, Coinsilium may be looking to get into DeFi but how many DeFi projects have KR1 already bought into early and flipped for multiples of their entry ? It would appear that KR1 seem to have their finger on the pulse more when it comes to that area.

If we see big moves being made with regards to BTC DeFi products and the RSK guys can take a big slice of the action then maybe things could pick up here because I do personally have faith in the technical expertise of those guys and appreciate how long they've been active in the space. This isn't 2017, a rise in the price of BTC won't necessarily mean a rise in the sp of Coin.

We're not hearing anything of substance regarding how this App will generate income. The NHS will gather Covid related data for free via their official NHS App, hospitals, doctor's surgeries any many other sources. What about the medical diagnostic companies who have or are creating their own Apps to go with their tests ? These medical companies won't be buying data, especially from Catenae. Maybe Catenae & ZYen have modified one of their church Apps, 50 Installs since 2015 for the Church Service App, one review on the play store from a worshipper called Dennis Bailey;

Can't work out if Cleverly is just over optimistic, a dreamer & generally reckless when it comes to business & other people's money or he is a real low life with no morals - most would say it's the latter, either way I agree that the guy should be banned from ever having a director role again. AFPO was a red flag but the unprofessional social media stunts of "Landing the big crypto fish in Vancouver" & "Watch this space" probably told me all I needed to know. No one has forgot all the Alex Lightman Proactive Investors rubbish either "Team Blockchain Africa" - no one has heard of the guy since. What about the Vipa Holdings deal ? What about Pure Grow Africa ? Bobby Kims said Cleverly was a waste of space & did nothing. What about the almighty $Dala ? Samer Saab said Cleverly was full of talk & big ambitions but then they never heard from the guy again.

Why are people on here trying to blur the lines between what the NHS are suggesting - a voluntary NHS "contact tracing" application where a users personal data is anonymous vs Catenae's supposed Id passport App where according to Catenae's CEO the app contains a photo of you, identification, medical status etc ? Who verifies all this data btw ? When it comes to blockchains, if one is even involved here, have people heard of junk in junk out ?

The NHS App has already been heavily criticized over security & privacy concerns, so what would experts make of Catenae's Covid ID system? And the talk of people gaining access to other countries because they have shown their Catenae Covid Passport is unreal.
