The remaining steps in the regulatory process involving issuance of the special permit to MMHI and the signing of the Land Contract between the Matad District and the Company have been agreed to go ahead once the Tripartite Agreement is signed off by the Provincial Governor

So basically soon as they hear the dornod guvnor has signed matd can start the production works and no need to wait for the papers to come through the post saving us another few weeks as it's a done deal anyways

Good luck all just need the money transferred and dornod guvnor gets informed immidiatley who the signs it the next day latest

This could be done in the next couple of weeks even but slow a month but don't risk it on the sidelines
