No surprises from the AGM. 100% of the votes were in favour of the resolutions each achieving 4,378,440,768 votes in favour with none against. BMD thinks it validates the boards position . BMD wrote "As the Chief Executive Officer, I�d like to thank shareholders and the Directors for participating in what was a resounding endorsement of the current Board" Was this really a resounding endorsement of the board? Consider how he awarded himself and the board billions of shares/votes. The 22nd July 2017 update revealed that the total share capital numbered an enormous 8,949,299,416 shares. of these BMD and his directors held 4,049,057,391 shares. If we subtract that number from the votes in favour it reveals that just 329,383,377 votes from other shareholders supported the board. That equates to 3.68% of the shares in issue. Looks like most thought voting a waste of time. Was this " participating " a "resounding endorsement"?

BMD has direct hands on responsibility for two consecutive boards that did not deliver. He was behind Whitford and then was instrumental is persuading holders to vote clueless Clem Chambers in (the man without a plan). Its from the results released on 19th April; "South and East Falkland Basin (100% working interest) Through the acquisition of FOGL, Rockhopper acquired a 52% interest in Noble Energy operated acreage to the South and East of the Falkland Islands. Following the results of the Humpback well, Noble and Edison gave notice to withdraw from this acreage (although they retain an interest in PL001 in the North Falkland Basin). As a result, during 2017 Rockhopper became operator of the South and East Falkland Basin acreage with a 100% working interest. No outstanding financial or operational commitments exist in relation to the Company's South and East Falkland Basin interests."

No-one, who looks objectively at the history of BMD's involvement with SER, supporting 'Team Clem' to its ultimate crash out of AIM ,will say that he has done shareholders any favours. You are obviously close to him, Swifty16. As for how much cash is left to divide out; who knows?. BMD has not produced up to date accounts. Is it still �144k; has it gone up or down? Also, I would like you to please explain why SER needed additional directors? BMD has turned SER into a laughing stock and shareholders are trapped whilst he and his mates have turned it into a confetti machine; On 31st december 2015 there were 812,741,519 shares in issue. NOW there are an incredible 8,949,299,416. More than TEN times as many. All the "awards" to directors has gradually transferred SER's 'wealth' to them. They now own over 45% of the company. Shareholders have been diluted to oblivion whilst the 'directors' grab the company's wealth. Great work! Yes , 360 million P50. Would need the extra appraisal drilling the other side of the fault to firm up. The SFB is full of promise ; problem is getting anyone to spend the big bucks revisiting with a drill. Does not look likely soon.

Logically one would ascribe a decent value to BOR's asset. The question is ; what's it worth as it stands, and who would buy it? What ever happened to MOIL and their billions of barrels of super heavy oil asset? What's it worth now?. Then consider XEL who went bust trying to advance their large North Sea Bentley field alone. What do you value Bentley at now other local interest evaporated?. I follow PMG who are run by the respected Tom Cross . He has ambitions for a sour hub in the North Sea centred around the large PERTH field. That field been known about since 1983 and remained undeveloped. He has now acquired 100% interest after FPM gave up their share. In 2016 FPM valued the field at NIL value in their accounts and it now appears they have simply given their 39.5% to PMG. Just because there's an oil field does not necessarily mean there's an 'asset' any one would want to PAY for. Have to say that BOR's asset is superior to those other fields so one would like to think its got a decent cash value. I suspect that RKH could go the way of FOGL and be taken over by RKH in an all share offer. Not convinced it would be generous though. There was some logic in RKH merging with FOGL because FOGL did have a small percentage slice of the NFB action. If POO can show more robustness then BOR might look more attractive.
