Definitely some end of year movements for tax and ISA etc. was always going to retrace slightly before the next move up. Nothing unusual to see here

The British ISA isn’t really “upcoming” and nobody will be moving anything anywhere near that right now. There are talks planned in either June or July (I forget actually when) to discuss what the final British ISA looks like, nothing is 100% at the moment.

I’m in agreement. I also got 10.96 yesterday. Gives me an average of 8.90 roughly on my holdings now 🙏
