Bottom line is that we have to wait so no point having a Willy fight over it. If they’re late with results they can be suspended, however they’ve said they will report in time so let’s just wait and see.

The results will be released on time. Whatever they look like. This isn’t tied to them legally having to do an AGM within 6 months so we’ll have the numbers by the end of the month and the AGM will follow shortly after. Just as SCB showed with the previous years.

The important bit is the results, due by the end of August. Legally.

This bit here makes it clear it’s not a legal obligation. The word “typically” is quite specific. So that’s the “norm” but nothing more than that.
