To me that seems positive. If the bond holders are getting 100% I’d like to think there might be a little bit left over for sure holders. Maybe just wishful thinking.

The situation is unchanged from when we published the FAQs and our Proposals on 8th September. The sale to UMMC has completed and we’re now working our way through the tricky task of identifying creditors (including the bondholders) and confirming their claims and checking their sanctions status before we can make any payments to them. It remains the case that the Administrators believe that there will be no funds available for shareholders.

Flew into T3 at the weekend. Spoke to the Stewards on board and they said their flights are all full. The issues they have are now derived from Heathrow itself not having the capability of dealing with the amount of traffic. We had a 2 hour delay leaving the UK due to not enough baggage handlers to get the planes loaded efficiently and an hour sitting on the tarmac coming back waiting for people to bring the steps over to the plane.

The airlines are doing fine, being let down by the airports themselves.

Trevor, your facts about not releasing an RNS is factually incorrect. An RNS comes out WHEN their holding drops below certain levels and NOT whether they happen to sell those %’s

So they can’t sell 2.5% a day for 4 days and no RNS comes out. If they drop below the RNS is a legal requirement.
