Dflynch Many thanks for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it. I have taken my eye off the ball re Nexxen for some time now and have lost track. When they split from Autonomy, I bought quite a few shares at 11 or 12 pence and sold 200,000 of them and did very well . I put the rest away for a rainy day and with all the changes, have lost track of where we are. Once again many thanks and good luck to all long term holders. Curly Kev.

I am still a holder of Nexxen shares from the Blinx days, and have not been paying much attention to them. I notice that the Nasdaq share price has them at 6.61 dollars. Could someone please explain to a patient 85 year old, what the £2.50 figure relates to. Regards from a still optimistic Curly Kev. PS regards to Gdog.

It would appear that the object of the market makers on both sides of the Atlantic is to ensure that the price stays at or around 4£ UK and 10 dollars USA. Any thoughts. Regards Curly

It looks as though the only people doing well out of our shares are our greedy directors.

I get the feeling that the share price is being held at or near £2.50 If correct, could it be the company are happy with the lower share price to aid their buy back. Good luck all Curly.

The share price appears to be deliberately held around two pounds. If so, for what purpose and for whose benefit. Regards Curly

When are our greedy bar steward directors going to start earning their money and do something that will improve the share price. God only knows they are paid enough. We are sick of promises. Get off your backsides and do something worthwhile, or make way for others who will. Regards to all genuine long suffering share holders. Curly

Ofer Druker has had so many share sales over the past few months, supposedly to cover tax obligations, that we have to wonder if he is being paid too much if he has to pay that much tax. In any event, I believe that his pay should be linked to performance of the company and the share price. Regards Curly.

Re my previous post, I think the price quoted is probably pounds, but incorrectly quoted in dollars.

I notice that there are 4 director deals announced today, which took place recently. Correct me if I am wrong but the price quoted as the trade price is quite a lot higher than the price has been recently. Any thoughts.

I am with you all the way Dog. The directors should be paid on results and it would concentrate their minds. They treat the company as though it is their own private bank and that they don’t have to answer to shareholders. We have come this far, so I will stick with it, but I will be glad when I’m out. Sadly our company is managed by greedy bar stewards, who treat it as their own ATM machine, with no regard for share holders.

Does it seem wrong for the company to announce via an RNS that the CEO has sold shares on the day before their figures are to be released. It certainly hasn’t helped the share price.

Hi dog We in the UK are just as dumb, in the past two years, we have allowed more illegals into the UK (mainly single young men of fighting age) than the current size of the British army. They throw their papers away, so cannot be easily traced. We don’t have a clue who they are, but we put them up in hotels (yes effing hotels) and give them spending money. You couldn’t make it up. If all these director sells are to pay tax, then we are paying the greedy bar stewards too much. Why can’t they be paid on results, it might concentrate their minds a little.

What a pity our greedy Directors are not awarded free shares based on performance. They always seem in such a hurry to offload some, always of course to pay tax, with no consideration of the effect their actions have on the share price.
