Hi Kong, STIT has been here for a number of years talking the company and it’s prospects down. He clearly knows a lot about the industry generally and the history of Tremor. My guess is that he is a disgruntled ex employee trying to get some sort of revenge. If he were simply a shorter I think he would have completed his trade and gone, but he has been doing this for years. You are correct that he is sick and I’m afraid that no amount of reasoned argument persuades him. It is important that new shareholders are aware of his agenda, hence my approach. The only consistency about your position is that you lie through your teeth every time you write. You have been trying to trash this share at every opportunity for many years and now you tell us that you had held it in the recent past and sold it near the top. As expected. New potential investors should be warned about your lies and not be taken in. I am surprised that admin allow you to continue.

I am not doubting that their actions are quite legitimate, I guess I am just like many other long term holders in my case (since Autonomy days) who have watched this share being manipulated by people who will invent any story to take the price down and the company PR machine do very little to counter it. I agree that on the face of it, the directors share options and the timing of their selling does seem to be having an effect on the share price, even if the amount sold is a very small percentage of their holding. Would it be possible for their remuneration to be tied to the share price rather than, or as well as the profitability of the company. At present their timing is simply giving ammunition to the people who wish the company harm. Regards and good luck to all our TRMR shareholder friends.
