As far as I can see it just shows that the license is currently 'Approved', but unless it was previously showing as something like 'Pending renewal application approval' I'm not sure what this tells us given the current license is still effective until February 24th??

If news behind the scenes had leaked regarding financing would we not also expect to see a jump over at AFP too?

I'm not a fan of ramping any more than deramping, but in all seriousness I think there's a good chance that an end to the legal shenanigans followed by an announcement regarding the drilling programme could both come this month and what would the SP do then if the news is as hoped... at least double I would have thought?? ARCM's market cap has after all halved since 2023, the clock's not stopped ticking on the JV timetable, copper prices keep rising and the market for junior explorers and miners more broadly has started to show signs of life recently.

I follow him on X (@SerialInvestor8) and he seems to have deleted all his posts on Ironveld so presumably changed his mind??

I received the following update from AJ Bell this evening:

'Mendell Helium plc has announced details of a transfer of listing.

Following feedback from investors, the company intends to cancel admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the AQSE Growth Market and apply for admission to trading on the aim market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE)'

Price discovery by market makers apparently.

I've seen it on a couple of my AIM shares during periods of very low liquidity and it stops once liquidity returns.

Remember that Bo Sears liked a post by Adam Standiford on LinkedIn shortly before drilling which stated that Treasure State Drilling were on site at Rudyard and preparing to drill Inez 1 '...to the Precambrian'.

As the Flathead sits on top of the Precambrian, describing the well as the '4th production well' in Tuesday's tweet could perhaps suggest the viability of the Souris and Red River intervals had already been confirmed before drilling continued deeper.

Apologies DiamondGeazer, my comment wasn’t aimed at you. These forums can be a very useful resource when PIs share their research and opinions, positive and negative, without an ulterior motive, but there’s evidently a number of accounts here posting solely to try and influence sentiment negatively which coupled with the idiot posting potty-mouthed drivel in reply has made this particular one a hard read.

It sounds like management have not always been entirely forthcoming in the past and the fact that ARCM pulled out of the Proactive One2One event at the last minute and have so far been unable to announce a drilling programme leads me to suspect something significant has happened or is happening behind the scenes. That said, it remains the case that Anglo with all their expertise and inside information attached a much higher value to ARCM, its licenses and prospects of success, than the market does at present which suggests that as long as nothing has materially changed regarding the JV or ARCM’s legal title to its assets, then ARCM could still be very undervalued at this price.

I’ve personally only taken a small position at present but have money earmarked pending news/clues.

I've seen posts referring to an ARCM Telegram group. Is this group private/invitation only as the only thing that comes up when I search 'ARCM' or 'Arc Minerals' is a group devoted to a Russian nature reserve?

Telegram groups can be a bit of an echo chamber in my experience, but there are too many people posting with an obvious agenda here!

I don’t think there can be much doubt that this will fly should a drill programme be announced given the assets and the terms of the JV, but to those better informed than me on here, is it possible that the drill programme is simply being postponed pending the final judgement of the court case due I understand before Q3? Also, if the case were to go against ARCM what might the implications be in a worst-case scenario?

Still doing my due diligence before jumping in so apologies if this has been discussed ad nauseum already.
