I understand cost base is important, but even if Nikhil reduces costs by 10%, that’s 60k a month.

This needs revenue growth as a priority! No point having a supply expert when no one is buying the products.

Reduce cost base - That wouldn’t be the focus unless they were in serious trouble with cash IMO. The issue for a growing business should be liquidity due to growth, CBX doesn’t feel like that.

This is confirming another big change. I’d also expect people like Peter Wall to be removed soon as what have any of these directors done, aside from getting a salary and free share rewards.

Company has been run to fleece investors out of cash IMO.

Fair point - Add to that Cannabis related companies were flying (Tilray).

MCAP - Cash available + some IP which won’t be a lot as they can’t parent a product using others (willows) active ingredients etc.

£8m > £10m value - Hence the 2p estimate. But cash will be gone in 6 months so that could even lower.

What would I have done is;

1. From Feb 2021 been more visible on social media. Clips about tech / why we are doing what we are / studies about CBD. AA tried to do this but not to the levels I’d have wanted.

2. Changed the brand name. CG means nothing to a consumer and doesn’t scream luxury beauty products.

3. explaining about why we are looking at the next set of products.

4. List forecasted sales targets. I’d be happy for low as long as there’s a clear plan. Ie knowing about ramp up pre the mess that was December launch.

5. Content - I’d have wanted to be everywhere for free. So that’s nice graphic / designs / flashy stories / tiktok.

6. DB rumour - AA mentioned last year about being an ethical, honest company. The noise around DB should have been squashed by stating no agreements in place for media from him. Share price would have been flatter.

I believe in the product ideology, still think it has the potential to be the next big thing.

But I don’t believe in the board, communication and the missed opportunities of the last year.

No momentum behind the company and there’s no golden balls investor who will publicly get involved with this.

Billboards - Wonderful, but how many people will this reach? Who will understand it? When did you last buy something from a billboard you have seen (and I bet if you do, how many billboards did you pass).

It’s the internet age - Likes / subscriptions / endorsements / content will get you buys.

Not a billboard using 12 month old pictures.

To get this off the floor it will need a cash raise, you have 6 months of cash left at most. That excludes the admin cost for a cash raise.

I predict one in 3 months and at these low levels, will be significant dilution.

I’m guessing this will hit sub 2p in a month.

Really hope I am wrong, I want you all to profit from this. But at £18m, it is £11m above love hemp for market cap which I don’t understand.

How funny would it be if she joins LSE and complains about the lack of action.

Why they haven’t done more active social media content is truly baffling. It would cost noting.

Basic, cheap media that would have kept people engaged.

Lab made - No one cares yet. Ignore being an investor, do you really care? What will move this is the public being told the serum / moisturiser are the best on the market. Currently minimal PR.

As an example, I picked up some Love Hemp CBD tablets today at H&B. 60 tabs 20mg for 45£. Half the price of CBX. I want to try these and compare.

Puresis branded items are buy 1 and get the 2nd half price though. So again why buy CBX as it’s the same product.

I say this an an Ex investor, I want this to go up so the people holding are rewarded.

2 months 1.5m / 750k a month.

That will increase - I’d suggest 4-5 months cash left at most.

Only thing that can move this is a sustained marketing campaign.

Genuinely hope this turns around for those still holding. I got out last week down 54% (around £20k loss).

You can’t short this share, so I don’t understand the hostility of some posters. We all want to make money and I really do hope it turns around.

It’s a poor market, but I don’t understand what CBX have been doing. My worry, is this will go under or, another share raise is bound to happen in 6 months if sales don’t improve.

They missed the opportunity of striking hot with all the free publicity a year ago. Now no one knows of them. Why did they list so early, a ridiculous decision unless it was to milk the PIs

The prospectus - Thanks Windows was good to be reminded of that again.

Nearly a year away on the 21st. I wonder if a week Monday is when we will see new / news. That would be my guess.

PS - Not ramping, this share has been an awful ride. I’d only invest on news happening with hindsight.

Had a few emails from them - they have missed the boat, orders wouldn’t arrive by valentines.

I know there’s been recent optimism here, but how you can send out such late emails for valentines is indicative of how well organised CBX are.

I wished my average was at this price point, so I understand the speculation. But with regards to what’s not to like.

No one knows of CBX
No significant online presence (twitter/ Facebook etc)
Missed timings and delayed, nearly non existent launch.
Replaced CEO
Sales based on order number seems limited
Next to no communication.
No forecast / sales targets.
Only 2 real CBX products, serum isn’t released yet. Others are just re-packaged pureisis products.

Sure there’s a few more.

As mentioned many times, buy and sale isn’t what you think it is.

Every share transaction has to have a buyer and seller. Otherwise it isn’t a transaction.

The buy indicator means a purchase is above a price point. Sell means selling below that point. It’s an indicator, to a moving share price only.

Your logic is awful putting it bluntly.

9m /505 =1.7p a share as cash. Assuming all of that cash isn’t owed to anyone etc.
