Review of products - Capsules and moisturiser21 Dec 2021 10:39
Received the products through and initial impressions are below;
Capsules - Really disappointed with the packaging and feel of it. For something that costs nearly £50 and is available as the same product and price on Amazon, I don’t understand this release. Clearly was an Add on with Puresis to just pad out the offering on the website. But why buy with CG when you can get off Amazon?
Sadly It is just a basic box with tablets. Doesn’t feel premium (but design on packaging looks good), no leaflets included. I’ll take the full 28 days of tablets and will feedback if I feel better for it, but if I do, I’d probably shop for cheaper elsewhere.
But the Moisturiser - WOW! Cellular have knocked this out of the park.
Firstly the delivery packaging that it is delivered in is branded. Open it up, it feels premium. After removing the paper packaging (I get this use for recycling) the product box is exceptional. The cardboard is a much nicer feel vs the “gloss” look capsules. It has more of a Matt feel to it ajd it just feels a premium product.
The actual item in Black also looks superb, very minimalistic and has that “Apple / Tesla” type feel. Would look great sat out on display in shops and at home.
Trying to be impartial, if I had received just the capsules I would be very disappointed from a premium product. But, the moisturiser being a true CG product, I feel shows where the company hopefully will go!
Leaflets - CG - I know this may cost a little bit more on COGs, but you really should be including this. You are trying to educate and introduce new users to the products and it really is a missed opportunity.
I am now more hopeful than I was, but, we have a very long way to go and I worry with a 9p average, we are going to be at this price point for a while.
