Agree again Obstando (I say this quite a lot).

Three main scenarios I think Cellular will have for a capital raise.
1. Burn cash too quickly pre product release / Product Delays / Product Failure meaning new R&D
2. Share price rises too rapidly (i.e. Gamestop / AMC) - Raise funding via new shares to help secure Balance Sheet.
3. H2 2022 We see good growth / Publicity ahead of forecast - They may take the view to expand quicker pre cash going into the business.

Point 1 will be due to poor performance, vs 2 & 3 which is good performance and share price on raising will be likely much higher vs where we are now.

Who knows, Cellular Goods late development of website and marketing + good forecasting of growth of product may protect us from a need to raise cash... The irony in that :D

Potential - Throw a number in the air.

It has the potential to be 0.00p+, that’s how I am taking this gamble.

Reason why I hope it may hold around 5p is people less likely to sell at a loss.

But, this is dropping fast. Hopefully it shocks this management team to pull fingers out and give us news.

Holding though like you said as I do believe in the Area of synthetic Active ingredients to differentiate vs what is already in market. I just can’t understand the media / brand / awareness wheel now not being in full drive forward.

My only guess is we still may have a way to go before any type of sales and they don’t want to waste cash.

If that is the case, I’m sceptical what we will see in Q1. Then it’s another waiting game.

Luckily my investments in the ISA won’t be touched until retirement. So your right, it’s on paper, just wished this share had some umph behind it.

Expo, looking at your history you bought at IPO + another tranche, I’ve invested enough that I’m down 5 figures.

This may explain why I’m a little bit keener than you to see a return. Cost of missed opportunities + waiting for tomorrow’s Jam is frustrating.

Find it amusing you mention about wanting to day trade when I’ve owned since opening.

Put a bit more skin in the game and you may care more what happens in the short term.

I should have added. Why do an IPO so early if it wasn’t to inject cash into the business in order to upscale / drive it forward.

Just feels like nothing is happening and if it is, share away.

This was a LT play, wasn’t in it for a quick win.

But, share price feels impacted by little news, no publicity, no information on the future brands. It really needs a push to build excitement.

Been in 6 months now, down close to 40%, ok, that’s not CBX fault demand was so high initially. But, they did do an IPO then and they can’t be bleeding cash as the team is still small.

R1 - also assuming you don’t have experience commercially in retail.

Xmas is the biggest pull of the year and space is a premium. Boots over index in beauty in this period and so, launching a new product with unproven supply and demand isn’t likely.

In January it’s a different story.

R1 - The tie up which has just been announced with Chanelle, that’s why. The company own Pureis CBD who already have a tie in with Boots & HB.

Their products are on the shelves and so, this is very likely to be the first channel we go into.

It also makes commercial sense as margins are higher there and it’s a health focus store.

Expect next to nothing sales for Q4 but fingers crossed no delays.

Distribution won’t hit retailers in Q4. Missed the boat on that as Boots / H&B would have locked down Xmas space / Products.

Best we could hope for is a direct online to consumer method.

They did say that media and marketing will take more of a priority now to educate consumers. I’d expect improvements from October onwards.

Don’t want to waste cash to early if you can avoid it. But picking up likes / followers etc will be important for cheaper media campaigns.

A key barrier as mentioned in the video will be educational awareness surrounding not having THC and being lab made. But, with being innovators in the space, it may take a while for the general public to buy in.

I’m hoping for 9-10p price end of year and then to hold at this point until we get some sales data and confidence in the benefits of the product.

After this, marketing and sales from online and retailers will determine if it stays at this price point or not.

It’s great news firstly we have news, that’s all we can ask for. But before we start getting bunting out, there are some things to consider.

Release - Pureis is sold in H&B and boots - so expect to see the products launched here first. (Chanelle Pharma own Pureis). Certainly a good launch pad.

Pull forward of product - It maybe available in Q4 but I’m not expecting to see significant sales if any at all. Retailers will have locked down Christmas ranges around 12 weeks pre Xmas which we are close too.

Delay of products - not to fussed about as usually happens in product development. The fact it’s due Q4 is a surprise.

Personally, not enough news to warrant a re-rate as who here would try to monertise this news. The re-rate will come wants products and demand is known.

Fingers crossed for more updates in the future.

Average 10p here. Horrible learning curve but that’s half the fun.

Not bought anymore recently as it is 50% of my share isa for bought book value.

Aiming to keep this a few years but if by EOY no news, missed targets, confidence in this will be gone and I’ll look elsewhere.

Anyone have any tips for other CBD related companies on the horizon?

I have a horrible feeling news is not going to move this as we all hope. I’m hopeful we are at the bottom, but not so confident about the companies direction and growth.
