At these low valuations, if one of them wins, then will be a good decision.

If they all fold, it’s been an expensive casino trip.

It looked like they dumped 1.6m shares yesterday.

I’d guess the 650k sales are Durban still diluting their position.

I wonder if this will escalate now, Maybe a few transactions a day? Will others close to Durban also divest. At this rate, will take about 8 weeks to sell all shares.

I don’t think Durban are selling because of liquidity issues.

Sadly I believe It’s due to they are still in profit with buying at 1p at the most.

I also would guess, as the largest shareholder, they would have insight to performance and are acting accordingly. Especially as PW was on the board and so, likely to have seen internal sales updates.

That’s not me de-ramping, just my guess at the situation.

If you had bought at 1p, I’d guess you would be offloading too if you could.

That Durban arnt finished with the sales of shares and diluting their position. Looking at those last trades, I feel my guess is correct.

DH - Cannot be that tight for cash they require £250k.

My guess - Expect that dilution to continue of their share holding.

CBX I’d classify now as a going concern - they will survive for the time being, but will be facing financial distress due to cash run out.

They will not be able to raise cash even at 1p a share now.

Yes I get the boards historically were rampy and those that weren’t were also attacked for their views. But a bit of maturity needed.

It’s not worth doing anything now as I’d imagine loses are 80%+ for most.

It’s now irrelevant how low it gets (assuming you’ve not remortgaged your finances), as it probably feels like the bottom.

Fingers crossed in the next 15 months, those that hold are laughing. Either at a fab reversal of fortunes, or the failure of CBX. It’s only book money after all.

IMO It will be due to Annual share rewards / potential growth of them shares. It’s a big pull.

Worry for me is the demand of the products and the ability to get them into stores and advertised.

The marketing budget will be tiny in relation to the ambition of Anna - How they grow with a high cost base is the worry in the short term.

My guess, all those last 3 trades for 900k shares was the same person.

I’m all for optimism, but wouldn’t
1. Sales
2. Demand
3. Non legal constraints
4 availability in stores
5. Awareness of CBX outside of shareholders
6. An established delivering board
7. Strong economy,
8. Minor inflation
9. low overheads

CBX are certainly not in a great position currently. Partly due to their poor performance and current environment.

Could they turn it around, yes. But this isn’t a slam dunk.

Everyone on this board is in it to make money.

Reviews of the products do seem positive, but I’m holding from commenting on this as due to low expected sales, I feel there’s a chance of shareholder bias on them.

When I’ve bought the products, I have liked them too, think they are well packaged.

What will move this SP is if there is a demand for these products and I am on the fence with this.

CBX pre IPO, like many businesses, first needed to demonstrate there’s a demand before spending such cash. I feel they have got that massively wrong and the individuals paying for this are the RI.

Now - It’s all about it they can get the distribution points into store, that’s what I would be asking of the board.

Developing new products is great, I just think they need to re-focus on getting a sales foothold. Just Amazon won’t cut it (unless PR / Influencers go into overdrive).

This will dampen some of the optimism some on this board had.

Next up, comms DBV have no involvement. AKA gave away free shares to push the IPO demand.

So well put, and I said something similar around 9 months ago.

I’d admit, I got caught up with the DB hype, carried on hedging down. The hedging is my fault, but the BOD took the shareholders from March 21 onwards for a ride as they deliberately kept quiet about DBV involvement. Speculation about an IG post sending this SP to the moon etc.

Hence when people say this is at record lows (2.1), doesn’t mean you should jump in. You wouldn’t be buying Mccolls shares as an example

My 1p guesstimate is based on needing a raise at a discount. Only 60% from where we are now.

A realistic price point as you’ve just stated it could hit 1p.

Share******* just posts garbage with no substance. Mentions Peter wall but he never knew he was on the BOD until a week ago.

As I said, we will all see where CBX are in a few weeks.
