£30k sales. I’d optimistically guessed £250k > I was miles away.

My wife has had more sales starting out as a photographer as a side hustle.

Another new account set up, first comment, talks about existing shareholders not having patience.

Price down 96% on record highs. 80% down on IPO.

Then automatically thinks because a deal is completed, the share price will materially move.

I’d guess £250k revenue, that would be a bullish guess too.

I actually think the last month has been ok activity.

Promotions, new gift packs, emails out about Christmas ahead of time.

Just no one sees it as the online presence is that if a turnip.

One improvement I’d make, making it crystal clear how they should be used on the box.

Face serum just says “”A CBG serum formulated with pure, lab made Cannabinoids”. That’s it.

Not what it does, how it should be used.

Face oil is slightly better. States the above and is then has its skin calming, targeting blemishes. They hydrates, regenerates soothes the skin.

It doesn’t say when it should be used. Ie. I’d have something like. “Your skin is made with 64% water and this will help hydrate you skin. Use morning and night as part of your skin route in after putting on moisturiser.

Packaging of the gift pack looks superb!

Firstly, open box it was delivered in to find it’s a CBX box > big improvement from my first order with CBX.

Within it, is a beautiful gift box. Fitted in snug which is a win. Box is a magnetic close too which adds to the premium feel.

Gift products are packed nice, novelty items in eye mask/ candle and “bag”, but seems a nice quality. Would not be disappointed if I received it as a gift.

The face serum which came free in the promo - not packed as good. In a large box which yes, CBX branded, but about 4x too big.

But aside from that, looking forwards to trying them both out the next few weeks.

This is where we are different Pholi, I don’t believe in any way that this forum drives prices down. It’s about honest discussions on outlook. If you look one way only, your investment decisions will be wrong.

Be critical / demanding of CBX. SWOT are important. All share holders want to make money and not lose. Pretending things are all rosey is a recipe for disaster.

Those who suggested we would run out of cash are effectively right with this RTO. That’s why it’s happening. Anna would not have walked away if things were smelling roses. Let’s be clear, she was pushed out for the survival of CBX.

The issue is, Cannarary have also had £17m of private funding money and now only have a few million £ left. And that would offset the liabilities on the convertibles that need to be paid in a few years (thanks windows).

So, who is funding the future combined business?

Dodge, I’ll explain the negative sentiment.

Ordered a product 2 days ago, I was order 1541 and we know this is linear order numbers. At £150 an order avg estimate (which I think will be lower than this), that’s £231k sales direct.

Amazon > yes sold on this platform too, but it’s not full of reviews and the ones that are were via free products.

CBX online presence > tiny. Twitter 8k, fb less than 1k, IG 2k. As an example, a mate who lives in a small decorated house and publishes her renovation has over 110k ig followers. The free stuff she gets is eye opening.

So, with little sales where do we value it? It’s a loss driver at the moment.

I’ve bought back in the last few days, but I’ve only done so again as there could be short term positive news with Cannarary. But if this goes to say 4p, I’ll probably sell half and leave the rest as a free gamble.

Expect a new account to suddenly take interest in CBX at any moment.

It’s a valid point to raise the need for cash, that’s what kills companies. Add to that the little demand and traction for this share + you can estimate the cash burn, it’s a valid to talk about.

You can dig your head in the sand all you want, but cbx wouldn’t have sold out if things were going well.

Add to that Cannarary in last weeks financials stated a need to raise capital, why you are offended at this is purely to ramp up the price.

By all means, state something like Acorn capital May fund the entire company further, but if so, that means share dilution.

Where are they getting the money from? It isn’t CBX sales.
