That’s not what I was referring to Dip. And I would just call that buying on ASX, which I do anticipate, certainly by those whose mandates may require it.

A number were led astray, by suggestions here of institutions forward buying, and other bb malarkey, in the lead up to AsX listing.

It hasn’t happened, sufficiently, if at all.

There’s potential too, for Australian holders to sell down on Aim, to finance ASX holdings.

Must be right. One side hyped it up, one or two don’t go with that. Talking themselves into corners on the day.

The ASX listing of itself is positive, then passing into history. I see the notion of mandated buys, plus new emphasis on undervaluation against ASX peers.

It’s a ‘basket’ of shares, effectively. Same pot, traded across two venues.

No. I’m not. My point, unacceptable to you, is that those buying shares, Newmonts or ther wise, are buying in bulk. But it sets a ‘market’ price. There is usually a reaction to that.

Retail will pay more. As will ii’s have to, going forward.

Underlying that comment, about offer price, it’s the fact of an agreement between the company and iis to buy and sell, at a price. Price discovery, and as always temporary at that point in time.

No. The directors, overall, seem to have exercised some restraint. Not always the case.

It was fundamentally, a comment on price discovery going forward.

Not really too much of a stretch, for those directors, really, on price discovery, underpinning the sp., and an excellent result for Ggp, amounting when it happens to the objective of a successful listing.

And, I hope, it will underpin the price as operations and results continue.

Dip. I don’t think I have ever been ‘negative’ about Ggp, though I was one of those concerned about a gap to Hav production - now receded.

Looking ahead, I have no concerns about the bookbuild, price and all that. Mr. Day, assisted by some if not all Newmont shares, will do what is necessary to make it a success. It is the Australian listing that is important, not the means of getting to it.

Following that, I can see the prospect of institutions and indices buying on the open market, there being, as I see it, little likelihood of any foreseen other opportunity.
