My take is they rather dropped a b+lock in their prospectus, forward looking statements, not conducting sufficient risk assessment. It went down badly. They have subsequently put that right, with what one might now expect to represent a modicum of extreme caution.

I do not think that is free cash flow, more like profit on Telfer aspect, not reflecting full company operations and expenditure.

Nevertheless, your point is good, and will at least substantially pay for Telfer extension and Hav capex. ie strategy to Hav remains intact.

Looking at this, I’m not sure that it doesn’t require 6 months ASX listing.

I tend to believe Mr. Day’s expressed strategy.

That’s always been the plan, part of the reason to buy Telfer. Whether through acquisition or tolling charges.

I see no reason for them to abandon that, whilst drilling the heck out of Telfer.

So what’s being proposed here is that Ggp shareholders would be willing to accept, vote through, a ‘poor’ deal, exchanging relatively over-valued Evolution shares as against relatively under-valued Greatland shares. At this point in time, working toward Hav, successfully it seems.

You fret too much, AIM as against ASX.

The company goes on creating cash to pay for Telfer life extension, to create more cash, to enable the same and reduce at least the need to use the debt facility to bring Hav on line.

It is, a so far successful strategy, to achieve the goal, Havieron production.

A strong gold price is obviously key.

I mean, are you saying they don’t have brokers, nominee platforms, and all that as we have, as pi’s mostly obliged to do, instead having direct market access - and if they do, so what?

Why? It’s buying and selling. The market makers deal with what they have. No different from any other company for which they make a market.

Why shroud it in mystery?

Spade will answer, but the market makers job is to create liquidity, and they will, from the joint pot, as per cross listing, to make their spread.

This talk of lack of liquidity on AsX, whilst existing on aim as before, is, I think, a mite far-fetched.
