I gather he, Mr. Winnifrith, continues to maintain the sp can double, and looks favourably upon the Black Angel acquisition.

Mr. Gilbertson is a PDMR. As such, it is my view that according to transparency, market abuse regs, the company and the FCA should have been advised, and the company then informed the market.

Still, it appears done and dusted and for good reason on today’s posting.

I think a hare has been started running.

Whether or not he sold shares, an underlying suggestion he thinks there’s ’something wrong’ with Amaroq. There’s no suggestion in what the company has released on production, that things are other than on track. You can see it as bringing greater revenue forward, if you like.

And resource drilling at Nalunaq and Nanoq, and then exploration is just that, based on already identified targets.

He seemed quite up for it in July.

Bit of a turn up, for him, and I suppose the company, if Mr.Gilbertson as Vice President exploration no longer holds any shares, and may be leaving. I don’t know how many shares he held, having been with the company since 2023 full time.

I can see he apparently sold 475672 shares in June and August. Is that his lot?

Is there a link to a nil shareholding?

Seems quite unusual, if that’s the case, as far as he’s concerned.

Whatever the case, and if right, cant see it affects anything much.

I’d just like to know what you are banging on about with your so say after hours trades.

State your case.

Whether they are, or are not, after hours trades, as opposed to delayed reporting. What’s your point Trippy, as it affects the ability to buy and sell shares, pushing the price up or down, day by day, on buying or selling pressure.

Those that actually sit on this all day, can involve if they want. Bit of a hobby, whilst some of the ‘all daters’ on here, suggested to me I should go fishing. They were right, whilst not practising what they preached.
