Eventually, it will all come home to roost on the financials, when it’s trading, and what assets it’s using. Until then, my opinion, and in the absence of the detail of a full blown to date FS, putting Ggp into perspective, it’s really quite like looking through darkened glass,

There’s vision, nothing wrong with that and where the hotshot board may want to take the company, with them running it.

Then there’s the reality as it exists, neare term, and until production at least. Telfer might be accretive, in the real company financial meaning of that word.

Ggp market cap £380m. Think about it.

It’s the way it can be done, though, over a very long time.

It’s the flagship asset you need to watch. It has to pay for what might lie ahead, both good and not so good.

Don’t be diverted by sideshows.
