I think the truth is they don’t have the 100% funding sorted until the FS is provided to the banks.

In passing, I was right to not allow my 6.24p buy to stand ( expecting a bounce, as most did ) as I was before when I sold out. History. There you go.

Just that I think, on the evidence, the prospect of Ggp running on Telfer, a done deal, until Havieron, is not being bought into. Hence I think the completion RNS may not achieve what is hoped.

You see, what I think is in the mind of punters, not buying in in masses, is not whether the deal will complete. That’s accepted. It will complete.

It’s what happens after, prior to Havieron. High AISC,, hedging, blah blah, what’sit all worth terms of profit for 3 years,enabling exploration and all that stuff.

I just think, with respect, that many posters here are very naive about what counts for a holding sp and what don’t.

It’ll now be in the money, revenue, capex, shares in issue, and debt. That’s what Ggp, all that lot, drawing their salsries and taking their Bunce, knew would happen. And eventually, the deal is bound to be accretive, in terms of increased profit ( what accretive means, always down the road.)

Long way off between now and 2027 to see how it works.

The sp is telling you. There are limitations as to majority convincement just now. How that ‘formerly dead duck in bb terms’ comes along.

What ‘aces’?

They bought Telfer for Hav in 2927, derisking that,. They had too.

That’s it, for now.

The deal’s done. It would be odd to think it’s not going through, won’t be completed. As such, it’s probably priced in.

Down to what they can make of Telfer, ( that ‘one dollar’ company on here, according to Mr. Day and most, if not all, on here, before Ggp bought it )

How much gold is mined, and priced, including hedging, is the question, until 2027, so say, when the point of it all happens.

Though I think Newmont may make shares available, if Wyloo don’t want them ( @7.2 is it ) Newmont doesn’t want them. It got the deal over the line, is all.

They need the Fs out, enabling bank lending signed up, for development and H production 2027 on.

I would also wonder, what about the acquifer ‘ pause ‘. Big news at time, turned inside out on here, putting things off. Precious little since.
