I was interested to know where ASX say that on a cross listing a company has to offer additional share, subject to waiver, as quoted by timber with no reference.

Always been my understan̈ding, from market releases, Ggpp .may do an̈ offer if it wants ( to satisfy institutions), perhaps aided by Newmont.

On the one hand timber, you say Asx requirements are clear, not up to Mr. Day, whilst in the same post saying the company is deliberating ( whether to comply? Can't be, can it?

And on my own experience, there’ll only be the one offer, if there is one, at the same price, dealt with through Greatland book build. So again, just in my experience, and if it happens, Greatland will need to agree a Newmont price if they want to satisfy any demand over really quite minimal Ggp dilution.

I fancy this is firming up a bit, subject always to the institutional seller(s) achieving their objectives.

Iceland on 80p, Canada closed on 75p - they diverge regularly.

Iceland is their very small main market, Canada equivalent of AIM.

We await news on what one, Canada or UK, might be upgraded.

I’m not sure about this ‘there might be a share offering to see if they can trade’sort of thing, on ASX - but it seems Mr Day has said something to that effect that ASX listing authorities demand. Don’t follow it myself. Think it’s up to Mr. Day.

He says not made up his mind but it won’t be more than 2.5%. Should be snapped up, shouldnt it, on what’s reported here. And if Newmont, with permission join in on any offering, well, they won’t agree to being sold down the river. And I think they’ll only sell to satisfy the demand on application, following prospectus. No cost to pi’s.

Surprised if any offer is less than directors paid. Dunno, of course.

I am rather bland. Everyone keeps repeating figures, not knowing the difference between revenue and earnings, blah blah, literally hundreds of posts on here repeating themselves, , over and over again. Worried about the price of gold, and no idea whatsoever on free cash flow across the company.

I think, currently, I’m one of the voices of reason. I call it balance, on the posting, as opposed to the gang yourepart of.
