A matter of consent.

Regardless of Cheeky Chops, who’s too tired to add anything, in the background there’s also Wylooo holding first refusal rights on any sale from Newmont’s stake plus the option to purchase up to half of it.

I suggest some restraint, is all, on immediate ASX listing - in my view, my opinion, it has become overhyped.

Newmont up to 10% is telling. They will only sell to application, on bookbuild - I suggest up to 10% of the company, with permission, will satisfy demand at the orice as will be calculated and already led by Ggp.

If you dissent from that, you are welcome to say so.

That’s the immediate - pis and unaccepted applications thereafter.

In other words, it might seem sensible to view the company as going through a stage of cross listing, consolidation, to advantage. Not necessarily increasing valuation, market cap immediately on listing.

If it does - a bonus.

as far as asx entry is concerned, nothing monumental on the day. newmont seen to that, with day. rns, for newmont, suggests they will only sell to the amount of ii take-up, on book build. there’ll hold the rest, if any left at the ggp/newmont joint orice.

so you finish up, on what comes of the book build, for a relatively few shares, extending itself into the uk retail offer.

cant see anything in the retail offer for pis. o the basis a discounted asx offering seems not what is promoted,mor necessary.
