I see Capita is running true to form. Topped up with 20K and the price drops. I wonder if we’ll get a November statement or delayed to December. If that runs true to form it will be positive and the share price will go nowhere and then we’ll all be waiting for year end results. However I do still remain confident for the long term ( hopefully not too long!)

If profit is £3m, after short term contract expires, I would expect a sale to be 10X earnings and if so £30m would be a very useful reduction in debt and very possibly the £700 m target may well be exceeded

Unless there is some major positive announcement it looks like we may have to wait for year end results for next significant move.
CPI investors really do need patience, hopefully it will eventually be rewarded.

Seems that we now have a fundamental change in the attitude to CPI where any weakness around or slightly below 50 being seen as a buying opportunity as opposed to a few weeks ago where any rise to 50 p was seen as a selling opportunity.

DW I agree But it appears there is a strong base now around 50p so once it does move I would hope to at least 65p. A good RNS should push it over 50p but probably not to 65p.
Having googled RNS meaning as I wasn’t sure exactly what it stood for I was somewhat shocked at the first definition.

I was hoping for some new information. Whilst the webinar was full of positive information there is nothing new added to the half year results. I don’t think there was anything to tempt in fresh investors. I do hope that there is something new and positive before the year end results. A sale or substantial contract win will do nicely.

Hopefully the presentation next week might trigger some new investment.
I get the impression that now Capita have a turnaround they will actively work to get new investors on board.

There’s also the sale of the Speciality Insurance Unit that Deloitte are handling that’s meant to happen this week?

Useful buy of 416,000 shares just gone through.
Still need a positive update from Capita before any long term upward movement.

We now appear to have exceeded all the brokers current forecasts.
Any thoughts as to where Keywords is going from here and why?

Held these since float & have done relatively well being up nearly 50%, but now being held back by large spread, fairly mundane dividends and no apparent growth. I’ll hang on until end of year results but unless there is some positive news I think I’ll bail out. More potential elsewhere.

Looks like that without some positive news from Capita this will continue to drift. For the next level we need to consolidate above 52p & from there I think we could move up gradually to around the 65p mark. Once year end figures are out I think we’ll see some substantial uplift but I really do hope we don’t have to wait that long for the next leg up.

Just wondering with Schroeder’s increasing stake whether this could be building for a buyout.
I think, but correct me if I’m wrong that an offer is mandatory if they hold 30% or even if they are intending to hold in excess of 30%. Personally I hope this isn’t the case as I think long term rewards will be far greater than any buyout offer.

As we know the value of this share currently, as stated by Barclays etc is in excess of 70p with more to come as results, contract wins news etc is announced. So whether the short term price is 45p or 55p is largely irrelevant. Just need to hang on in there.

Yes 48.11 . I wish I could take my own advice and not look at this for 2 weeks.

NoFear I’m almost exactly the same position as you with 150,000 shares at 46p average.
I think we just need to be patient for a week or two until those wanting to sell are out and we wind up with some more medium/ long term holders
