The 20 roe 1 has been explained youbstill own the same percentage of the consolidated company just a lot less shares in issue so the price should be 20timws higher if the company is listed at the same expected mcap.

I don’t understand why everyone is saying the 20 for 1 split is a problem it matter a not one jot you will still have the same percentage of the company wether it’s a 1 for 20 or a 1 for 100. As someone rightly posted it just means that over all there will be 9.5 million shares in issue in stead of the 190 million shares issued to TILS holders at time of demerger

The value of the company is the issue but with less shares in issue the value of each new share is likwy to be 20 times higher than it would have been without consolidation.

So if the expected share price was say 50p then now it’s likley to be £10. I.e 20 times higher

So we haven’t been shafted it’s just they obviously need a higher SP than a penny stock to list on Nasdaq. Just fewer shares held.

I will have the same anticipated windfall from the free shares as before. As I will still own the same percentage of the company. They aren’t just giving someone else your 19 lost shares.

I very much doubt they are both sells if you look at the timing the 60,000 was first at 113 then half an hour later was the 50,000 at 115 very likely a buy.

I believe this was a scam to knock the share price as the 60,000 was delayed until today to be posted. Why post a 50,000 but not a 60,000 normal trades of that size would both be delayed.

I expect MM no 1 sold 60 k to MM no 2 who a little later sold back 50k to MM 1 keep a few to sell to bargain hunters and keep a lid on the mark down they engineered.

All done to try and shake out some margin calls and stop losses I expect.

But looking at today’s trades it failed miserably.

Hardly any shares available to buy if the market makers were sitting on 110,000 shares they would be happy to sell at 120. Or lower. But it was NT to buy earlier. So work that one out.

So no one wants to buy at 120. Yet nothing re the companies prospects has changed from yesterday when you had to pay 130.

Just one distressed seller or a short trade added. And £3 million wiped of the business

The 50,000 might be the opening of a short spread bet trying to force stop losses ?

I wonder.

It’s a buying opportunity nothing has changed with the long term prospects.

Just a big distressed seller caused a drop due to no liquidity. So snap some up whilst they are available.

Agree WTP, more likely a forced seller. MMs know there are many gormless PIs invested in microcaps on AIM-some of these companies will eventually hit the big time-who lack the patience, liquidity or understanding of how cbusinesses like FAB evolve. The default position for MMs across the board is to drive the SP as low as possible, even after good news, to flash out naive and financially challenged individuals like today's seller. And they succeed-eventually. These shares will be doshed out to PIs in small lots probably c 140p over next few days. Watch the SP go up on no news over the next week or two, but they may keep it here for a while to gouge a few more mugs who panic. The surprise is they paid 115 for the 50000 shares which, given it can equate to 10 times the volume of most days. In reality I would have expected them to take this volume (not big by any standards) at c £1 but given it was only 5p less than yesterday's offer suggests they are anxious to get their hands on shares, which suggests not too many are flying around.

Those invested in FAB may have seen a bit of a drop today. This relates to one very large sell of 50,000 shares into a very illiquid market.

Don’t panic you should take this as a great buying opportunity.

If you had bought heavily when options were granted to previous CEO and other main board directors as they were granted at 54p you would have a nice return.
So all in all this should be a good sign to buy as the new CEO will be very keen to make good money on his Options in the years ahead.
