Would it not be simply Bubroom are taking a big CFD position with its banker JPMorgan who are covering the position directly with the market. So they are not exposed to the position held by bybrook.

Bybrook appear to be the one taking the risk and JPM just hedging the position.

Alloy Theraputics raises money almost twice the market cap of FAB and they do the very same job as FAB in same sector.

Wow this is under the radar.

Why is the chatter on this massively undervalued stock so quiet.

I was trying to say FAB have got themselves a great CEO. And he says the company is at an inflection point. He has been brought in to take it to the next level. And is tasked with creating the shareholder value that all believe is waiting to be delivered.

Yes the claims chasers are indeed the lowest of the low. They will seek any opportunity to grab a piece of any pie for their own ends. Indeed this mo win no fee culture is very dangerous ans should be banned.

What ever happened to buyer beware and common sense. Now it’s don’t worry nothing is ever your own responsibility or god forbid your own fault for not reading terms and conditions.

So it really is a coin toss as to wether the scheme will get the required votes for approval.

I am pretty convinced a yes vote is the only option for all concerned but that hardly means it is a forgone conclusion.

Really the FCA should have come to that conclusion and commented to that effect. Again they can’t be trusted to do what is best for the ultimate recipients of the original advice. They will always hedge their bets and hide behind non disclosure.

Mouse you seem to be a knowledgeable man on this stock so as I wrote yesterday I don’t see a problem with getting the court to allow the scheme to be voted upon. I see the problem as 1 getting enough claimants to Vote 50% and 75% of those by claim value to agree. I just don’t see the Amigo type clientele being those that will understand or bother and if they do vote they will likely be the type that says you screwed me over so I am note going to vote to help you give me less than I am owed. Thus making it no easy task to get the scheme approved. It won’t matter how much the claimants are told you may get less if the vote fails. I don’t think they will be that bright.

That’s why this is such a huge risk.

Amigo clearly fcuked up with their standards and they may well fail because of it. Bit of a binary call.

I’m very new to this share have taken a position today as it is definately a positive that the FCA have not condemned this to the knackers yard.

My only worry is that too many claimants will think there is no way I am going to vote for 23% payout or not enough will vote to meet the voting criteria.

Kerjoran i Think the whole point is that news on development of the covid antibody could come anytime soon. As well as news on all the carry trades and potential milestone payments that will fall due over time.

You have to be in it to win it.

Also not a problem being patient and building. A position as there are so few free float shares available you won’t be able to buy for love nor money when the heard arrives and tries to buy in as it climbs to true valuation based on the potential of their mammalian antibody library.

It’s quite a low risk hold and accumulate for the wiser investor.

Look at the recent holding RNS the investor who was early to see the potential in PHE has made a significant move in here also.

Thus reducing the free float even more.

Yes it may drift a little but news on end of year trading will surely lead to a decent update.

A few sellers taking some profits today but price stayed firm.

Solid good investment here. Just buy hold and await the revaluation.

They have produced multiple Antibodoea foe multiple drug companies who have multiple drugs in trials.

So it is just a matter of time for milestone payments and the potential of annual royalties from Carry agreements.

As they build the library that will be worth billions for shareholders.
