Why on earth is anyone surprised that the placing is at a 40% discount? Forgive me if someone else has already pointed this out, but according the RNS on the 10th at around 5pm, the new shares issued under the placing alone represent 37.9% of the issued share capital PRIOR to the placing, and potentially we have a lot more being issued at the same price under the open offer. If you were an investor looking at that level of dilution, what would you expect as a discount? I am as disappointed by the drop in SP as anyone else, but some people need to get real. Sales have not materialised as soon as expected (some reasons for which are outside GDR’s control) and cash is needed to deliver future revenues/ profit. The AHIl test alone easily justifies our MC in my opinion. The SP will bounce back when revenues start building more rapidly, which will happen. Patience is all that is needed.

I am sure the security situation is not helping, but Cora is doing well and is in Mali also, so I am not convinced it’s the main reason. We were held down for ages by Sustainable Capital off loading. They are presumably done by now but perhaps another II has jumped on the band wagon instead. If I wasn’t already over exposed already (for me) I would think about averaging down further, but there is a limit and I think I have reached it already.

Very disappointed but I now see this as just a much longer haul to break even and then profit than it was, rather than game over. No point selling imo. MMS already only offering barely above the placing price. Bugger!

It’s a great RNS. Proper improvements based on user feedback. Unique product with a Worldwide market to play for. NHS adoption nailed on in my opinion. Other national health organisations will follow. No brainer.

Murray made it clear that there were delays at the two main labs in Mali in getting assay results. However, he also said “You can expect a lot RNS’s in coming months”. Lots to look forward to and, if Sustainable are done, we should finally see some SP improvement, hopefully.
