Last accounts say net assets $256m. Might be better for shareholders than waiting for a recovery, if achievable?

Hopefully waiting so that they can include some imminent good news/prospects. Very positive tweet out re their partnership with Eseye.

“Fair market value” (and yes, the word “fair” is there in the agreement) means exactly that. It does not, in my opinion, mean some arbitrary multiple of some volume weighted average sp calculation. We all know that the share price/market cap of any company at any given time can be totally disconnected from the true or “fair” market value of the company.

The result of the court case was always going to take a long time to come out. Frankly, the best thing about the news is that legal spend is now over, at least until the judgment comes out. My own view is and always has been that the court case is a bit of a distraction in the short term. If we win, it may well help with take up of the tech, but I doubt very much if significant damages will be awarded. We have enough in the pipeline in the short term to transform this share without the court decision if the company’s recent statements are accurate.

I have always blamed AK more than DB for the ****up at Yan. He is/was COO after all and clearly took his eye off the ball and missed poor contractor performance for far too long. Good to hear that things have improved.

Gets money in the bank to deliver pipeline without immediate dilution. Hopefully they will pay off the loan, or refinance before the conversion in a year and a bit, thus avoiding dilution at a discount. I am reading this as a short term cash flow fix. Good that we have a hearing date this month for the court case. Hopefully, they are saving some good news on revenue in Q1 and the rest of the year to put out with the prelims.

Agree and, as I say, think we might get that (profitability) for Q1 along with the prelims.

Well, each to their own, but I just bought more. Too risky in my book to hope for a little less and content to wait for much more. GLA
