Cashed up with funds raised at a 67% premium to the mid price on 21/03/24 too. How often do you see that with a micro cap in this market? Plus of course the CEO participated in the fund raise to the tune of £105k.

I know it’s always a bit jam tomorrow but there is an abundance of confidence from the board and I am betting on this coming good fairly soon.

The market for small caps is dire at the moment imo it’s not just this share.

For the year ended 31/12/23 yes, but with four major contracts announced already since then, I should have thought we can expect a pretty upbeat commentary on H1 to date and outlook going forward.

In my experience buybacks often fail to do anything positive for the SP in the short term for the very reason you mention.

…. This is quite simply the best bet I know of on AIM but that’s not advice to anyone, just my opinion. Please do your own research and don’t be fooled by anonymous posters on a bb (yes I know I also am an anonymous poster, ho ho).

Does this all sound like a company about to go bust to you? It doesn’t to me.

Do I smell the whiff of disgruntled existing or former employees or grudge holders for some unknown reason? Maybe.

Make your own mind up, but either some posters are spouting rubbish, or the company is engaged in massive misrepresentation/fraud. I know which I am believing.

4) 08/02/24: A) Term sheet for additional $5 m trade facility agreed. Very upbeat outlook for 2024 from new CEO; and

B) Exercise of 200m warrants at 1p (a 41% premium!) raising £2m in cash. 200 m warrants also issued at exercise price of 1.5p.

5) 13/03:24: Letter of intent announced to sell Mozambique operations to focus on Gabon. Details awaited.

For the benefit of anyone just looking in here and skimming through recent posts, it might be helpful to recap on some recent RNSs:

1) 28/06/23: Major refinancing package raising £6m, effectively resuming the Company from Sydbank’s unexpected withdrawal of their $6m working capital facility in April 2023. This dramatically reduced debt and strengthened the balance sheet.

2) 29/12/23: Guido Theuns assumes role of Executive Chairman and strategic initiatives announced to reduce costs, optimise production, expand trading, and introduce a comprehensive plan re Carbon Credits.

3) 05/01/24: Guido Theuns also appointed CEO and company restructured into four clear reporting lines.

Good interview imo. Confirmation that they are into virgin high grade ore and that Corica are working well with all fleets operational. Basically, all systems go and ramping up. Also stressed how supportive Coris back has been/is. Very reassuring, at least as far as I am concerned. Looks like we are through the sticky patch and back on track.

I am with Am90. A placing would have just been done and RNSd after the event imo, not telegraphed like some are interpreting this. Glenn won’t want to dilute his significant shareholding either. Some other deal is more likely imo, although that’s obviously just my opinion, not advice.

Those 380000 ‘sells’ look like buys to me Dave, regardless of colour.

Can someone please enlighten me as to why some trades showing on LSE (not just with this share) are underlined. Started happening fairly recently but I have no idea why or what it signifies. Thanks.

I think part of the problem is lack of understanding in the market place and a lack of will in some quarters (Govts and manufacturers) to address the problem. It makes no sense, for example, that some middle eastern countries have legislated to make the use of D2W type tech mandatory, whilst western governments have not. However, I believe progress is being made given that they have signed the like of Grupo Bimbo and others. Once these start to scale up we should see the effect starting to hit the bottom line. Overall, I am optimistic personally.

It was a detailed, highly informative, and, as far as I am concerned, both reassuring and even quite exciting interview. Anyone not familiar or just looking in, ignore the doomsayers, watch the interview and do your own research. In my opinion (not advice) this is a major opportunity at this share price.

I am a newbie to TIG but these seem a decent set of results to me.

Only 8 trading days to go to the end of April, before which we have been told to expect what sounds to me like a significant and positive update, but please do your own research before investing.

Great decision. Spend 2.5p (ish) per share, get 1p per share back more or less straight away and get cheap shares way below NAV. Seems a good deal to me but do your own research and make your own mind up.

I am very much in the camp of feeling badly shafted by Deepverge and want to write to the Regulators to support others doing the same. However, I don’t really have the time to research chapter and verse to do so. Anyone willing to share their representations so that I can piggy back onto theirs?

Just an irritating typo imo. Not plausible that he could have sold at 3.5p at that time.
