Quite agree that the PR here is poor, and I think that is why it's under the radar and volume/price is low.
Not sure I agree that there is no strategy or drive. I think they have done brilliantly in terms of delivering the additional plant and power generation capacity and, although as yet they have not elaborated about how they propose to expand into renewables, the existing plant/power generation should show a significant boost to revenues and EPS this year, bringing the P/E ratio down to about 10, so I don't think we actually need the renewables for the investment case.
On the dividend, they have said they intend to introduce one and, given that the family/board hold over 50% of the stock, I think we can be sure it will come.
Frustrating over the last several months: yes. Poor investment: no.
There will be a turning point here and, personally, I don't think it's far off.
