Quite a clutch of big buys around lunch time today at the mid price. If they were buys someone is certainly loading up here.

Stone Alliance is a subsidiary of Fox Marble so I don't see the problem.

Oilswell - I am guessing that they will want to issue some encouraging news to lift the sp before any fund raise, but WTFDIK!

I think this is a very promising development and shows that Fox is seen by the Kosovan Govt as being of national significance. Basing the new company in the US and securing Department of Commerce support is also a pretty smart move. I am sure there will be spin off benefits for Fox Marbles' own sales. This is a bold and ambitious move and to my mind demonstrates confidence for the future and a sense that much of the heavy lifting on existing projects has been done. I am expecting this to be followed up by an announcement on the factory very soon.

If there had been a major problem with this then I think, given the clear statement in the last RNS, they would have been obliged to issue another RNS updating the market. As things stand I am still assuming we will get news soon that this has been delivered and installed. When we do, watch this go north.

Just because this company's registered office is the same as some other dodgy companies doesn't, in itself, mean a thing. Anyone who has bought a company off the peg will know that its initial registered office will be the office of the Agents who incorporated the company. In such cases there may be hundreds of companies with a common registered office. Quite often the companies concerned take a while to get around to changing the registered office address.

Well clearly the market and several on this board didn't like that RNS, but there is some logic to what they are doing and the changes may turn out to be beneficial in the long run.

Looking back my previous post came across as a bit sharp so apologies for that. It's helpful for people to post concerns if they are genuine and not based on a de ramping agenda. However, my point is that even if Eboracum is dodgy, that doesn't really make much odds as far as Fox Marble are concerned since they pay up front. Furthermore, several other orders have come from other sources. It's quite a step to assume that Fox Marble isn't genuine, just because one company doing business with it has a director who was involved in another business which failed (which is the gist of your point as I understand it). There are plenty of successful businessmen who have had failed businesses and that doesn't stop others dealing with them, or imply that they too are dodgy.

Or if not an Institution, then maybe the retiring Chairman selling some to fund his retirement. Another big sell today, so not done yet, but we held up ok notwithstanding.

Frankly who gives a t*** if some orders are from slightly mysterious companies, if they pay up front? We have orders from Berkely Homes - they are not shady customers as far as I am aware.

.. Which given delays is understandable, the fact remains that we can expect an RNS confirming completion of the factory very shortly, and that will give the sp a significant boost IMO. A lot of those who sold out because of doubts about completion will want to buy back in. The stone is being taken up by some very prestigious developers and whilst sales development has been slower than we would have all liked, it is getting there. This will go north and I don't intend to miss the boat. DYOR of course.

Yes, no wonder the sp has been slipping. Let's hope whoever it is has finished so we can move back up. Arguably a good buying opportunity while it's as low as this.

At the end of the day whilst sales for the half year are disappointing, we now have a very positive statement that the factory should be complete THIS MONTH and operational from next month. There are also some very significant new orders. There may have been no trades but the MMs have marked this UP this morning. Patience is all that is required in my view. Ok, quite a bit of that, but I think we could be about to turn the corner. The resignation of Jourdan is troubling though. Still I doubt he will want to sell at these prices.

We didn't get a further lift but it's great to see much more volume than we had been getting on this share. It is clearly on the radars of a lot more PIs, which is all to the good.
