Excellent news, providing the new CEO remembers his duty is to the company and its shareholders. Few other people will know the problems & lies that have told in such detail. They must see significant value here, otherwise they would have simply walked away. Finally some good news.

Excellently put. The NDA is key. Obviously they’re part of many negotiations. But more important here. Everything that LUNN has found can be explained to the proposed investor. Everything. We haven’t been updated on the state of play with GV. It wouldn’t surprise me if GV will fund the debt they’ve already agreed to, whilst the new investment clears the rest. We wait and see.
