Good question. My gut feeling is the Auditors have had enough time to find any evidence of serious and deliberate misconduct or criminality. If they had found this, they are duty bound to report it to a relevant investigating authority. Or they’d have simply said they’re walking away. That would have to be immediately passed onto the market.

I might be wrong, and the accountants are being fed BS - delivered via a smoke and mirrors pathway.

At least it appears the audited accounts WILL get signed off. Better than the accountants refusing or reporting the company. Any caveats or concerns raised by the auditors will make for interesting reading.

this share was suspended whilst evans was the ceo. not sure he’s the savior. but, tbf, we don’t know what lunn, evans, et all have been doing since the suspension. personally i don’t trust any of them. this **** show is heading down the same path tintra plc took. they need to change direction asap.

Will Cavendish wait till July to update their research note? This from 2024 needs to reflect all of the changes.

Good to see BTC back above US$ 100,000. Hopefully that will ripple through at raise the sp here. In other news, the Czech Central Bank is planning to buy into BTC.

The 10% brigade simply can’t allow value to get reflected in the sp. Frustrating, but it allows us to top up at these ridiculously low prices.

Afternoon Scarlet. One possible answer: ROCK’s recent placing was to fund JORC compliant drilling and assay. Though we don’t know what is happening behind closed doors, the big boys might be waiting for this data? I can’t see the legal departments allowing a purchase with this data outstanding. We shall see!

Well said Sir. Please excuse the fact I’ve forgotten the name of the company. A friend of mine had a significant holding in a financial services company. It had had its ups and downs, replaced its CEO, and had been turned around. It was trading at 8p a share. Research notes suggested it should be 40p a share. RNSs came and went. Nothing seemed to change the sp. Until it did. Almost out of the blue it re-rated to 40p. There wasn’t a ‘huge’ RNS that caused it, it seemed the market just woke up.

That’s what I’m expecting here. One or a few more RNSs to trigger more interest, then up she goes. Hopefully our persistent seller can sell into that, and the brakes will be taken off. Staying patient is frustrating, but key here.

Wish I’d topped up today not yesterday! I respect any investors decision to buy and sell what they want and when they want. Personally I don’t think the BoD is cr@p. Comms could improved… but I’d rather wait for a real news update than an update for the sake of it. I think there’s a lot going on behind closed doors. The company is certainly focused on growth and profit generation. You can’t ignore the fact that a global surgical product manufacturer has asked RUA to take over and run one of their suppliers.
