Gold futures at $2390.
Gold has broken out of a longterm cup and handle bullish formation seen in the monthly chart. International markets and trade use gold futures price which is currently at $2318. First targets are $2350 and $2500, personally $2900 is not out of the question this bull run based on cup and handle formation.

The advantage of a rising gold price is that new parties suddenly become interested in acquiring highly profitable shovel ready mines. At current prices La India has a projected NPV over $800m and IRR 90%+ in a juristriction where TSX companies operate without hassel. What is not to like? Hope it can attract suprise bidders
NPV at $2200/oz gold price is $769 Mill and IRR at 87%. Price to book of 0.09 when we were at 30p, 180790824 shares. This is from a presentation in April 23.
IRR above 20 % is considered decent.
It's as johngle said. Condor gold has declared to the market they have 5 non-binding offers at the same time MC states they are rejecting all low ball offers. Common sense would say the offers fall within MC and Jim acceptance range.
Why on Earth would you declare 5 non binding offers to the market that you have rejected!?
Talk about being stupid
MC interview "Investment banks put NPVs (that is multiple valuations ) of 400m+ USD on the assets of the company"
NPVs of 400m+ USD for the assets and some on here can't get past ponies, horses, onions, chillis and their own hype!!!!
Ah yes the millionaire mastor investor seingred with perfect entries and exits in mulitiple shares. he loves to plss on your parade at every moment and comes on to remind you how you plebs believed melon with x oz produced in 21 and y produced in 22. But still hangs around to make sure you don't have decent expectations of a good return.
Bottom line is if the asset sells more than the share price then I attribute that difference to investor sentiment, which can have miltiple factors. There are 5 offers on the table, so 2 haven't made site visit, STILL 3 that have, with another 3 with access to the dataroom plus more showing interest in the asset and some of you guys are still crying, fudding and jeeting. Lol its hilarious.
Give me your email If I want your opinion I will ask for it.
Problem is we got too many jeets fudding their own bags here. Lol. New potential investors will come here to see PI sentiment and views as part of their research and what do the find? A bunch of emotional jeets fudding their own bags, talking about ponys and onions. Thanks but no thanks and they take their money elsewhere. Some here were shilling not long ago. now they sold and decided to fud too. Lol
Over invested will make you emotional.
If you have nothing good to say don't say anything. Everyone is responsible for their own investments.
What happens on this board is called 'fudding your own bags' in crypto lol. Some of you here like to put a negative spin on everything. Are you in or out?
There are 8 NDAs of which 5 have made an offer, 3 have mad site visits. Why is it concerning if a company decides to put in a bid after having access to the every detail in the data room but no site visit? If they want a site visit they will arrange it.
There were 75 flyers out, some companies may look at the share price and brush it off as not viable only coming back later after seeing 2-3 non binding offers. Its called FOMO
I suspect H&P are responsible for getting the final contracts ready once they got a non binding offer, how long that takes will depend on parties involved.
