Spot on Robbie. I was going to mention GF's 5k earlier but thought I must try and stop being so negative all the time, but it is pretty pathetic. Little over a weeks wages. No wonder confidence in both companies is so low when they show none themselves. If they could bag and sell bulls**t then we really would be sitting pretty.

I feel for poor George it's an easy mistake to make , you need AA's not AAA's for the drone .

We all ask where are the investors to push this SP up ? Well it's quite clear that new investors are not being lured in by the multitude of RNS's over the past two years full of supposedly good news and wonders around the corner.

So that leave the poor old long term holders who have little choice but to sit tight, sell at a loss or buy even more and dig an even bigger hole for themselves.

I wish I was bold enough and confident enough to fill my boots but sadly I still feel there could come the day that the gold hunt becomes unviable and the shutters are put up.

Hope this is not another if ,but , when, RNS to keep us dangling for another year or two. Throw in a bit of copper to raise eyebrows. Sorry for being sceptical but a really positive gut busting RNS would be fantastic one day. The ones we get always seem to be to pacify rather than excite.

Great post Asllan, you do wonder if we are being mugged off, there appears to be no urgency or umph in Alba at all. Appear to be more than happy with the slow progress to a point of almost manufacturing it.

Why did George appoint Vivien the jewellery expert a year ago when we are so far off even looking for gold let alone flogging little gift sets. How many other mates have he got sitting around on fat salaries doing bugger all.

Unfortunately Mark it's been a theme with Alba and it appears no different with GROC. RNS's no matter how good we or the Company think they are do not tick the boxes for those that matter and we always end up in the doldrums and declining SP. It's going to take colossal news to shift this one and unfortunately that's unlikely or at least many years away.

Another lack lustre response to what appears on the face of it as a very good RNS. GROC SP currently down and if ALBA follows their usual trend this will be at the end of the day. Rarely does ALBA's SP rise on perceived good news. Please prove me wrong, I am desperate to off load a few million to buy the wife a box of chocolates for Christmas.

They are being very well paid for producing nothing at ptesent so of course they are happy to plod on.

All I was saying is that historically most Alba so called positive RNS's , result in a drop in SP by the end of the day. This has been the case for a very long time. It can only be because the big boys have no confidence in the company and feel that despite all their efforts this is limping along and going nowhere, slowly and painfully for the shreholders.

This f****** share is a joke, what did I tell you earlier.

Unfortunately Pickedpeck it's been like this for years and in most cases an RNS has an adverse affect on the SP.

In some cases 25 years experience means sweet fanny, it could merely mean one years experience repeated 25 times. In other words same old, same old.

Crazy low prices maybe , but for me a very worrying downward trend. Whether there is good news, bad news or no news the SP heads in one direction. I really fear that GF has run out of options, and any ideas on how to generate any enthusiasm about anything in his portfolio. Nothing seems to be working here and my one time exciting investment is now all but worthless.

Robbie, can you please help me understand the logic in your view on the ' mystery seller '.

You have been on about him for weeks now and his multitude of 2, 3 and 5 mill sells.

All these small sells incur charges, so why wouldn't he just ditch say 100 mill in one sell.

It's not as if the SP is doing anything.

Or is it just me being stupid and thick again ?

I miss Goodluck he was much more accurate with his predictions and observations than we like to admit.

You are virtually full time on here, Robbie, are you paid ?

It may make a small difference for a day or so but unfortunately the trend is forever towards the Oval Office.
