I really hope you are right MOBO, but when you have been invested as long as I have and been shafted over and over again as I have, your enthusiasm will diminish I can assure you.

MOBO12 , why would you need to average if you have only been buying recently ? Surely the SP has been rock bottom for ages now. I smell a porkie.

Yet another uninspiring RNS that will do nothing for the SP in my opinion. To really take the P we get a photograph of a man being lowered into a hole. That could be anywhere, what's that all about.

Selling has been relentless for months so I don’t think it is singularly this decision. There are numerous reasons why investors and potential investors have seen the light and saying enough is enough.

The man is not stupid, he isn’t going to put his hand in his pocket when he knows he has a pile of carp on his hands. He leaves that to us idiots.

And here starts another abysmal week in the name of Alba.

It's an update that frustrates as much as excites. Very slow steps forward, a few more potential delays thrown in, such as Police and weather. A few if's, buts and maybe's . Absolutely nothing to attract any potential new investors or move the SP in my opinion.

My mood is no different as a result of this update.

I'm sorry but having to block you. Your constant drivel on how great the mighty Alba are is creepy and nauseating . It's relentless and not at all helpful to people who are suffering from this dire SP position generated from such wonderful news and performance that you constantly bang on about.

What an utter shower George and Alba are. Just when you think things are dire, they get much worse.

Unfortunately Asllan he has skin thicker than a rhino and will sit tight and take the money.

I can live with the AIM market being in the doldrums and I have held other AIM shares that have come to nothing. I can accept that no news or bad news has a detrimental effect on the SP.

What I really struggle with is Alba issue loads of RNS's, mostly full of promise and the happy clappers perform cartwheels with excitement, and tell us how wonderful GF is and how things will be great tomorrow, but it never comes

Just a relentless erosion of the SP and our investment. I think we are being shafted BigTime.

On the face of it , it does look very good news. However, reading the posts from many who are more knowledgeable than me, it may be people are getting wise to Alba's long , repetitive way of never quite coming up with the goods, and when you analyse the detail in the RNS, it could be over hyped, and not what it seems.

Confidence has been low for ages and this RNS like most of the previous dozens , has had no impact on buys or SP.

If poor George produced a nugget the size of a BMW people would be sceptical. Maybe a change needed at the top.

We all thought the appointment of Vivienne Johnston the ' mine to market', gold expert was a positive step a year or two back and what did that achieve ?

Hope this latest appointment is not another disappointing smoke screen.

The selling here has been relentless for weeks now. I appreciate they are not staggering amounts but they do add up. SP has not been affected but I suppose it has nowhere to go really it's a joke, especially with all this wonderful news supposedly in this very very long pipeline.

I hope the sellers are not people in the know and we suddenly hear the gold mines are actually full of bat sh*t and nothing else after all.

I too agree with your wise words Asllan, certain people seem to be in Alba's back pocket.

I have always been here for the gold. This RNS worries me considerably on that front. It states that 'bonanza' grades as per Level 4 need to be replicated over an extensive area to significantly strengthen the economic case for commercial production.

This says to me , years of delays, costly, very likely will never happen, just a pipe dream.

I would be happy with George earning 115k a week if he was making me rich . It's the fact he decimate our investments while lining his own pocket all with a smug grin on his face that p me off.

Every now and then we have a poster filtered, Sydas, Goodluck , springs to mind and there are others I can't remember. I understand their frustrations with George and Alba. I know if I said exactly how I feel about the BOD's , the lack of information, the speed of communication, the set up interviews posted, the ridiculous occasional photos of a digger or man with davey lamp on his head etc etc etc, I too would be banned.

I have noticed over the last few months than many more posters are openly becoming uneasy about Alba and where this is all leading to. People have been very tolerant about the NRW saga, the bats, the drone surveys, the dreadful SP situation, general lack of results.

Everything George and Alba do is ultra slow, and probably being engineered to be exactly that. There is no urgency from where they are coming from, it's a long term project working up to retirement.

We all know the risks of investing in a little tin pot company like Alba, but it still don't mean people blow a fuse occasionally. SO please let people have their say and get it out of their system.

Printer, valid question. The answer is there are a lot of balls in the air, but unfortunately it’s just balls.

In my humble opinion this is just an unnecessary distraction. A cheap plot of land. A nice building plot in the south of England would cost more. It's already having the desired effect of BOD's as last 50/60 posts on here are all about this latest news rather than Clogau or the pathetic SP we still have. It's been acquired to distract and muddy the waters and to take pressure off failings elsewhere.
