I’ve been talking with a mate about EUA and what I see are the positives to justify investing. Gave him a general summary of what I know and answered the questions he asked as best I could. He wanted to challenge my thinking about my investment here and asked a question I couldn’t answer. Maybe someone else could?

He asked me if this was a scam / grift by our sole director full time director CS (either on his own or aided & abetted by others), what would happen when shareholders lost their funds. Would CS be punished by authorities and would it even matter as CS is looking to retire. Could this be his final swansong to fill his pension pot as a sale couldn’t be agreed?

I personally don’t think CS is leading us down the proverbial garden path but I was unable to give a reasonable answer to my mate. I can’t even see how CS could benefit from some sort of scam/grift here but I’m not as clued up as many on here with regards to corporate shenanigans so I’m probably missing something that may be obvious to others.

I do think the next update we receive is going to be crucial though, shareholders will only accept a lack of concrete information for so long.

Well said Builder, no need to laugh at people current paper losses. I’m down 50% and it stings, I’m sure there are plenty in worse positions than me. The negheads vs rampers desperate need to be correct bores me now as no-one really knows what’s going on. It’s the same as those claiming sale by x month, no-one knows. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen plenty of claims of various timelines of which none have been correct.

Surely the bod should be keeping us updated with whatever is going on at WK, especially if there has been a change of strategy and we are now going to mine there now either with a JV or on our own

It really is tumbleweed town here currently. We deserve an update from our board.

OFN, Where do you see the price being for a dividend / final share price? I get the impression that you’ve been here for a while so probably experienced the share price hitting 40p and getting obliterated as a result of the Ukraine invasion. Do you see loyal shareholders ever being rewarded with above 40p in the future?

When was it stated they hoped to conclude a sale of asset(s) by end of Q1 2024? I recall the end of year 2023 being stated but no further comment on hoped timeline

Let1be, I’ve seen some negative comments regarding a Telegram group with claims that they were ramping here, but any information that’s been posted here via the TG group since i arrived appears to be helpful & factual (or is when verifiable as not all is easily verified). There does seem to be some very efficient research bloodhounds with some of the information shared.

Do you feel there was a concerted effort in ramping EUA previously and was it individual rampers or a group effort? Do you have any idea on who the ringleaders were if a group effort, and do they still post on any LSE boards?

That’s a lot of money to throw at an Aim stock! Is that around the current price levels or the much higher prices prior to war? Really hope the gamble works out for you, in fact for all of us

I can’t see a RNS from 22 Feb 2022 staying these figures? There’s one from the 8 February 2022 which provides details but include those under the Rosgeo licence which we no longer have

Richard , you have idea what the DFS or JORC results look like do to claim otherwise is just plain & simple misinformation. We were told that the DFS added more value to our assets but not by how much.

Other than that, this board has dead as a dodo in recent times and very little interest in our shares. Hopefully an update isn’t too far off

TF, how do you come to the conclusion that it costs £500k pa to remain listed on AIM? I’m in the same social circle as the CEO of an entirely different AIM company and I’ve asked this question of him previously as I wondered what it was costing EUA

Bill, I get why some people don’t share their own research or due diligence especially if it has cost them money or a lot of time in finding the relevant information. I thought it was worthwhile reposting my question and hoped for a definitive answer but there was an element of laziness in my approach too.

Richard, yes I’m invested to the tune of £30k. My primary focus is crypto which is going extremely well at the moment but I wanted to throw some profits at some high risk potentially high profit stocks. This ticked those boxes for me. I genuinely believe there are a couple of factors that could see big gains here, but as things stand I’m down roughly 50% and don’t intend averaging down. I only hold a few stocks and can’t claim to hold a balanced portfolio
