Didn’t Iknownuffin state that Queeld would never get their shares due to the bankruptcy order just recently?
How much gold do we have?
Happychimp, what’s the GMF rampy trading group on telegram? Were you also a member hence you know TC’s actual name? I noticed that MyIPA also used the same name for TC recently. In fact, what happened to MyIPA as he seemed to burst onto this board from nowhere, tried to take control and then disappeared in a flash.
He / She is still there, it’s just the one z in their moniker
Beast, can I ask when Sinosteel signed the EPC agreement and if there was a time limit on it?
I’ve just noticed that Bill, a case of mistaken identity
dimitryreacts, i wasn’t being bigoted, i noted that the term used by rayski was derogatory to *** men
It looks like my post was removed, how odd
Iknownuffin, I asked yesterday what would happen to the shares owed by Queeld now that those behind it were bankrupt but you never responded. Do you know what happens or not?
Dimitryreacts, you posted that the latest news uncovered was good news for EUA, can you explain why?
Can anyone shed light on the above?
Iknownuffin, can you explain what will happen to the shares in this situation?
I appreciate that lenoman but Queeld are still noted as shareholders on the EUA website so must recognised by our board as shareholders despite the missing share cert. Would be interesting to see Queel annual accounts to see what they look like but that’s obviously not going to happen
i’ll need a bit of understanding here so please bear with me. queeld are being declared bankrupt, they owe the russian state a fortune. queelds eua shares will fall under their assets and will be realised in order to settle sone of their debts. does this mean a ****load of shares are going to hit the market, or can the russian state take the shares in specie and become 10% shareholders in eua? is this a good thing? the shares won’t just disappear so they have to dealt with in some manner.
can anyone tell me how it all works
Surely in the case of a bankruptcy then the liquidators will seek to convert them to cash to put towards debts owed. The shares are still registered in Queelds name so an asset that can realised by selling. If that much hit the market the share price take some kicking though
Why would it hold up a sale?
Looks like all the enthusiasm yesterday was unfounded, no leaks or good news RNS lodged and appears to have been MM’s messing around in an attempt to stimulate the market.
Ask makeabundle as he’s said that we’re going for somewhere between 40p - 90p so he must have some calculations to support those numbers. I personally haven’t a clue what we can expect from dale of assets but I suspect much lower
No way a cash raise, company is fine financially now.
I don’t see a positive sale update either as if it had leaked somewhere there would surely have been a lot more volume and increase.
Could just be the MM’s messing about with the price to try to garner some interest as it has been pretty flat for a while.
Let’s see what tomorrow brings…
MyIPA surely the City is glad they never got the nod at 26p considering where the price is now. They avoided huge losses because EUA went some anonymous US investor or investors.
Nice bit of movement this afternoon, hoping it carries on tomorrow for us
I can’t see that the EUA website was ever amended to remove Queeld as a majority shareholder so assume that they have always been recognised as a shareholder. The issue of the missing share cert hasn’t changed that but the company just wanted some assurances regarding these shares.
I think they have been able to vote throughout their entire period of share ownership and also been eligible for dividends too. A problem could have arisen if they were asked to provide their share cert in order to receive a dividend though, but it doesn’t appear they were ever removed from share register.
I’ve just noticed that all yesterday’s posts had disappeared, how does that work?
If Queeld are shareholders they’ll be entitled to same dividend per share as we are if one is announced. No reason to think otherwise
