The USA is one of the richest natiosn in the world, with full access to these vaccines.
Many other countries will not have the same availability, and deaths will continue.

USA is just 1 market, although I recognise a significant market.

We have been told this virus will be here FOREVER, so we must learn to live with it, through theraputics.
