This trade was a disaster and I was warned, currently sat on 605,500 shares with a current loss of £50k. I was warned about the people involved. Legal action next as this could have been a scam from the start.. No news, no comms. It will come out in the wash

I've topped up with another 135,700 shares bringing me to a holding of 303,000.
This will fly on good results, double bagger!

Get into BHL.L instead of this stock... Board are shocking here

I sold 400,000 shares back in October 20201, at a loss of £16k, still hold 250,000 shares. I was going to sell these at the end of the month, I have created a large position in BHL.L (bradda Head holding) istead, I dont see zanaga or the board doing anything with this mine, the Bradda Lithium mine is based in the US, great potential in the next 6 months, this Zanaga is dead in the water to me. Gonna hold the last 250k shares as a bob hope!

Only a couple of answers here.
1 - Sell shares to persons in the know to line pockets for a sale

2 - keep AT and crew in a job

No other reasons to raise more capital/cash. They have raised two lots using shard and I'm scratching my head to understand exactly why they need more cash to run the business? Help me out if I'm missing something, the overheads are minimal, they have just done a recosting exercise that showed exactly what they already knew, which tells me someone with interest must have asked them to do a new costing, otherwise it dosnt stack up, why re do what you already know.

Why sell more shares when you have enough cash to run? It can only be
1 - interest of a sale, line peoples pockets with cheap shares
Or
2 - rinse the shares to pay your wages

What can we do is the question, I feel like me, everyone here is fed up with AT and the rest, the answer I'm looking for is what can we do as shareholders?

I'm happy to visit Dubai and have a face to face, I'd like to understand if I'm being ripped off

I agree, I am also interested in understanding how successful the shard share drop is going, close to selling out, failed to sell.... Who knows, an update on all aspects is surely an obligation of the board to deliver to us shareholders, if they don't what is the accountability

Phildon, wind your neck in. Simply asking a question. I've been in this stock for over 4 years and currently holding 800,000 zanaga shares. I have watched and monitored this board for years and fully understand some have regular communications with AT. Seriously move along fella take your keyboard and annoy someone else, classic keyboard warrior, giving it the big one hid away from sight. You must be one of these followers who's put his child benefits allowance into the stock a few months ago. ATB

Has anyone asked AT why no RNS?
No excuses to not be able to update shareholders. Do we as shareholders have any route to complain or take action?
I think this is a disgrace and if we are able to bring actions against the directors for failures then we should.

Surely AT should come out public to re assure investors at this point?

My question is do we have knowledge of who the three companies who have lost the licence?

I do think it's time for a change, I've been in this stock for well over 4 years. I've silently been watching and reading the boards. I'm in for 700k shares and fed up with the delay tactics. Board change doesn't seem unreasonable, they have had the opportunity to bring this home.

Where have all the pump and dumpers gone! I've been in this stock for 4+ years, Tuesday was unbelievably funny to watch, I've never seen so many chats or trades take place.

This way of selling is an easy way to hand shares out to people who know what's on the horizon cheaply.

Dosnt make sense to me why you would need to sell another 7m shares, the money received from the first batch is surely enough money to keep the lights on and close a deal or at least work on bringing the SP up.
The only thing I can think of is using this process to make sure people in the know get shares cheap.
