It's a trial that is the whole point to find out and for the team science to work out the hows and the whys

We had this early data info from an RNS... Yes that now has real substance as that data is no longer from unknown trial participants at least in one case
There is a moral grey area I agree... for instance, no investor IMHO should attempt to contact a trial participant obviously if you do know that person personally (a friend relative, etc) and they are willingly sharing with you that is different but they may not want that info shared publicly ... it so happens this snippet of trial information has come from a publicly accessible forum where those affected by H&N cancer share experiences..... A very human and indeed necessary thing to do, it is how people support each other and find the best available care...
Ultimately the trial data RNS releases are indeed the most important factor in gauging how well modi 1 is or is not performing but to think that a modi 1 that is working will stay under some kind of cloak until a trial conclusion is simply not realistic...
