Yeah, and data (official) will be incoming considering the amount of patience required in being an LTH here this little wait will be a cakewalk... it's like finally going around the dark corner to see a little twinkling light you were told was there but were never sure was until you got there... so still a ways to go to make sure its the real deal but this is certainly not the scancell of a mere few years ago .... and all it took was some redmile pennies and Lindy being proven right ...can we even begin to wonder what this will be in another 3 years if those lights just get brighter and brighter

By SCIB1 combo eventually coming to recruitment the whole late-stage melanoma treatment landscape had changed and yes the effect is very different than moditope we all know SCIBs are best as early-stage vaccines...

Modify trial is for those that are at the end of the road as far as treatment options are concerned... and as we all know when it works and how it works means the results of it working will be fast and stunning... so far a little promising glimpse of that and more data expected this year

Indeed and I say that it is totally morally fine for trial patients to share with other sufferers and encourage and support and give heads up about new trials and the treatments they involve and the effects they are and aren't having ...its called being human

I'm sure recruitment for Modify will not be the problem SCIB1 combo became ...... especially if the news is good and will not be contained

Sounds like potentially all 3 of the first therapeutically dosed patients could well be having the kind of response we all hoped for....and that this is basically the average response.... if so wow

AvidiMab also gets clinical validation from that trial too..

That the cardboard labs are finally being constructed out of more durable materials :)

That the very first scanned patient shows tumor regression and that all 3 therapeutically dosed Modify patients show an immune response is probably quite statistically remarkable considering these are patients out of options... has been said patient one could be a super responder could also but patient one is an average responder and super responders show complete response as in tumors melted away after 2 doses ... It'll all come out in the data which will be coming in fast now as the trial expands and more and more are dosed

And you can expect the modi 1 trial if it shows itself to be having a non-toxic patient positive effect in the 4 trial targets to begin including other targets If I remember right Sarcoma being high on the list of potentials ... the size in data and impact terms that the Modify could have is IMHO massive
