Well here is my reading between the lines of the CH era coming to an end... He got a deal a glymAb possibly the one that became the GenMab deal Scancell (previously Notts Uni) have been engaging with GenMab for a zillion years and Seagen

Lindy did not like Cliffs deal she said we can do better Cliff thought I've finally got somewhere and I'm not allowed to finalise it... And...she won't let me do a Moditope deal either she wants clincal data on it.... can you all see the picture?

Now Lindy did nail that GenMab deal the extra work paid of but I bet you she is not willing to give an iota of moditope IP up until PH2..... Would that make hiring a Business Manager 'difficult' hell yes... maybe modiFy will change that... I'd like clarrification... and ImmunoBody is now screaming do a deal..... possibly over 100 patients dosed pahrmajet a total commercialisation game-changer... What we have to wait for ph2 there too??

Remember she wanting to take glymAb into the clinic ...Cosserys poured the cold one on that... signs of a change? possibly let us hope so..... Redmile/Vulpes need to have their say and I support it

The modi 1 Ovarian pattern is in - its not game changer as a monotheraphy however it could well be fot CPI players wanting an in on that failed for them target

What Scancell should now be doing...Smashing down Merck and BMS doors handing over a very reasonable Ovarian target combo trial deal over willing to give up loads of Moditope IP on that target ....

What they will be doing... writing a scientific paper on it that will be published i the next 2 years

Significant why well SCIB1 returns! And that LD is already talking PH2-3 for it pretty much indicates the data on it that will be presented will be compelling

Modi 1 data CPIs can only have up to effectiveness in 9% of patients in the kind of Ovarian cohort scancell went for modi 1's pattern there is 44% with 25% still on continuation dosing

plus could data on the 8 non Ovarian full dose patients be revealed because that is where everyone might or might not get a pleasant surprise as in we ddn't yet know if thr Trish experience is unique Head and Neck is not Ovarian though... and I think possibly an update on glymAbs getting into CAR T is very exciting commercial prospects wise... All this will be presented under team science BioNTech and Genentechs noses ....plus we ought to have that Business Manager by then too... Hopefully to do some Business! :)

We can talk about everything Scancell wise here it is ok to have differing views pretty much we are all on the same page of the potential... though some see more potential than others etc and we all have to agree we have completely failed to reach any of that potential SP wise despite the IP really becoming too big even for Scancell to get the anywhere near the most out of because of this miserly valuation....

Is it ok to question Lindy's decisions yes is ok to question about modi 1's clinical progress yes she chose the Ovarian target one of the hardest next to those Brain Cancers ... again CPIs only capable of 9% in it and not part of the standard care... So for some to say oh modi 1 is a CPI combo... means they are the ones questioning Lindy's choice there, not me.... There are potentially 15 or so Modi 1 targets. Sarcomas was always considered a good one and dropped late on.. Luckily this basket trial is such that the sweet spot ought and may even have been found Milan might make that clearer

douves nailed there for me... came here all those years ago expecting once proof of SCIB1 concept was proven via trial the whole of ImmunoBody was to be sold for a big premium to mcap.... and it never and has nevvvvver happened despite SCIB1 actually performing better than mouse model in trial....

That platform has been transformed now with pharmajet delivery and AvidiMab... plus there could by now have been possibly over 100 patients dosed with an ImmunoBody.....The commercial potential is massive though its currently CPI combo focused we know its real commercial sweet spot would be .... Diagnosed with Melanoma have a quick easy needle free dose of iSCIB+ then have another after sugery and possibly a booster down the line and you are then likely never to have melanoma recurrence again... which is quite something considering around 35% odd percent of early-stage resected Melanoma patients go on to have a recurrence even many years later... And that could be done for a cost of what? hundreds maybe ... Certainly not the tens of thousands your personalised mRNA vaxs are looking at..... Yet that's me saying that it is not Scancell because I dunno they want to keep stuff like that a secret ... and wonder why their Mcap is losing tens of millions...In fact when was their last presentation? AGM I think

Although we can't quite compare like for like.... it is worth knowing

And not all those trials had the very late-stage aggressive cohort ModiFy targetted

So yeah no doubts Lindy is somewhat disheartened modi 1 has not had more of an impact on that Target but it certainly ain't game over and it may well have opened the door to CPIs in a combo

Clearly, this latest pile-it-all-out-of-the-way news release has been a market disaster yes she no doubt has too many hats on and is mostly focusing rightly on the trials but that is to the detriment of the bigger business picture.. new hires cannot come soon enough and a pity Cossery is also seemingly too busy to interact .... We gotta hope this Business Manger is Class A on it

Also, we have seen shared precisely one patient's worth of data on the Head and Neck cohort... so we don't know do we... we might by this CIMT AACR conference if that info is on the poster

I wonder 8 patients in other cohorts have received a full dose we know at least one is TNBC and at least 2 are Head and Neck .... We also know the half dose safety run in fro CPI cohort was 3 head and neck... for the Guardian article to say looks promising in Head and Neck it is possible most of the other 5 if not all could also be Head and Neck patients...

CIMT AACR will tell more... plus the amazing return of SCIB1 data to look forwards to which is sounding like it could be v positive...

Well partly the CPI cohorts are because that is standard care... like I just wrote Trish unfortunately failed with CPI and our first known CPI combo Renal patient is not having a full CPI response her tumor is growing... So as much as anything CPI cohorts are accessing available patients.... Wonder what's happening with resected cohort? who knows not us we only live here :)

So the important thing with modi 1 as with any such therapy is

1. Safety profile... that's very good yes a lot of patients know they have had a dose and can have a nasty injection site reaction but in comparison with other therapies potential adverse side effects that is minor

2. How many patients benefit.... we haven't got a fully clear picture on that as really we have only been given the Ovarian pattern snapshot which will no doubt be much more detailed at the coming conference but 44% benefiting is decent, also interesting is the 4 out of 16 on continuation is that because they are later entrants or is it that the vaccine is keeping them stable ... that could be significant that is 25% ....

3. Potency again we can not yet be fully sure but it is not a mouse model...Clearly, it does have the potential in some to destroy tumor it will come down to %s if it can show CPI type %s then that is fantastic and we already know Trish did not benefit from a CPI though possibly she could now and that the first known CPI combo patient is also not having a full CPI response ...

Lindy will have more of a clue but she is already talking a ph2 so... think she is possibly seeing a sweet spot.. also this can all be scienced up... that is the real talent here just it cost more money... Scancell can get the very best from this new class of therapeutics I have no doubts

Oh for sure we all know if modi-1 were doing the mouse as it were even AIM would get that news and respond ...

However, no way was it ever touted as a CPI combo vaccine and Lindy chose these cohorts possibly HGSOC and TNBC targets for more personal reasons than scientific...And once again like SCIB1 we went it alone risk fully on scancell and its mcap

I think modi 1 is working in as much as yes it triggers the CD4s to seek out the stressed cancer cells... what exactly happens then well team science scancell already are clued up about that and no doubts even on how to improve it.... CPIs seem the sudden now answer lol

I wonder what happened to TCR that once was the answer to these patients... probably have to wait for a question at AGM to find out

I think she was fine on the Vid but I felt it was all for some reason very very rushed last minute we need to get this out... she probably did not want to do it... If there was ever a time for a proactive vid it was the GenMab deal we should have all celebrated together... but nothing... Anyways like I've said a nice Q&A session would probably clear up a lot of issues but I'm not expecting one... yeah its wait for CIMT AACR now which I expect will reveal some positive news...

And Ray it would have meant getting CAR T into an RNS headline....I mean not 100% certain it is a CAR T company looking at utilising glymAb...and that's the problem I'd love to know I'd love them to explain what our tech can do for CAR T and it's market potential but no....LD clearly excited about iSCIB1+ and quite rightly so but let's not explain that potential to the market......if they are engaging Pharma like this we are screwed...only thing is we back to Vulpes/Redmile funding SP levels can't see them going for a huge discounted funding...also CIMT AACR could be quite interesting....

Can Lindy give the job of writing RNS's to that PHD student next time :)

You know we could have had multiple v positive RNSs from that one cobbled together get it out there RNS that has tanked the SP

A positive detailed SCIB RNS... iSCIB1+ does have massive commercial potential but lets not say so

A positive modi-1 trial progress RNS...

A positive RNS to say a 6-month evaluation has been signed with likely a CAR T player explaining the potential in that area

Instead, stick it all together with v few details into one RNS then let the market know you want to raise tens of millions next year to pay for ph2's without any partners ...even though that may not be true!

Think it was partly put out because the abstract closing date for CIMT AACR is July 20th... much like we previously got an update RNS before AACR abstract closing date in FEB...

The business manager hire is going to be revealing I think and hopefully will engage us with their vision of what kinds of deals they will be seeking...

Again late stage aggressive HGSOC is not going forwards as a further trial candidate but I see Konars thinking there on it can still be a 'game-changer' for a CPI player if the supporting data from the CPI cohorts make it worth pursuing... so why not try to get such a deal on that one target already?

Well that is indeed better but that is still what $20 million for two ph2's and 2 years of data stress lol

The thing is Cossery already said 30-40 patients' worth of data can get you a deal obviously on that data being compelling ... I say partner at the very earliest I know it means giving up IP and profits on commercialisation but I think there is enough in the pipeline for Scancell to one day indeed maybe even do a ph3 all by themselves when they are a big biotech with the mcap to match...

Yes, it seems to be tied into the NASDAQ plan... I wish they were more clear on that whole plan doing a ph3 is huge doing two is even more so can we not have some clarity on it? nah
