The modi1 trial build up

It does look like there will be a 'combination' element to the trial though and it may not just be confined to the patients current treatment at time of trial ( CI's being most likely there ) ... I have no idea about T Reg inhibitors though? any on the market? could scancell come up with them themselves? or ISA.... or I dunno! lol ...

If it is to begin in H1 and that is still the given timescale... we ought to hear something more about it.. possibly from Cliff at his presentation next month.... And from Lindy's in Boston, though doubt we will get any feedback on that one seeing as it is not an investor presentation

So my understanding is... they will look at each individual patient and decide if modi1 alone (though possibly with whatever they are already on ) and what possible other treatment (T reg inhibitor?) may be required... It will be interesting to hear more on this and see a final structure of the trial ... it does seem very much a work in progress at the moment with the constant new understanding of moditope... If we only get one (at moment looking like Diggle financed) shot at moditope clinical success we do want it to get the best shot possible

Boom..... My question revolved around the continued understanding of moditope (most recent papers) and how that may be influencing the makeup of the trial and the indeed the need for other therapies to be added into the mix... I had to look up about the meaning of 'concomitant therapy ' :)

IND in US......will update the market when the IND is open not on application. It is treated as a new submission but obviously we and Ichor have learnt a lot from our previous dialogue.

Avidimab.......timing (of a potential deal with the current interested party) depends on the success of the collaboration. 12 months was an estimate to complete an agreed work plan, however, results may be forthcoming sooner and competitive pressure could also have a bearing.
