Yes again hopefully we will get a fuller picture if Cliff does a proactive I hope so... But it seems much as I thought the idea has always been the original one... US trial! ... And we know much planning has already gone into it but the time lag due to FDA issues will have changed much of what was originally planned I am sure.. however KF has clout so hopefully, the original US plans will soon be back on track...

I would not be surprised if we get Cliff doing a proactive 'interview' today if so I hope he can cover some other issues too but certainly today is a good day for scancell and a long hard-won day at that ....but the tiny UK bio will have a US trial involving the number 1 in the world melanoma expert Keith Flaherty....

Also a big moment for San Diegos Ichor first time their V2 device that has been developed with funding from Pfizer will be used in the clinic in the US

Well, I think having Flaherty still involved means that issue should not be the issue it has become here in the UK.... But probably a lot of work now to get those original planned US clinics back involved and SCIB1 and ichors shipped in etc.... still what a relief... I feel the albatross that has been this combo trial is beginning to lift .....Scancell have got it done....next modi1 issue

That's quite coincidental seeing as Evans was posting about Dr the Hull the last week and said he introduced him to Lindy but nothing came of it... well obviously now it has ....

There is every chance scancell and Ichor have re-applied at the FDA for that US trial...my understanding from Cliff was we would not be told that ... we will just (hopefully) wake up to an RNS saying US trial back on... and at this point, it is looking to me that the plan if there is one is actually to mainly run it in the US as was the original plan... If the FDA play along if not looks like SCIB1 combo will be something of a nothing trial...Think proactive not for first times have some facts mixed up in their reporting of scancell.... With Avidimab we know the first partner is running to a one year plan we also know that could change as Cliff said as others come in showing an interest the pressure on them to finalise a commercial deal increases as soon as they are seeing things in their lab research that they are liking .It would be nice to think SCIB2 trial is starting in a couple of weeks time though lol

Moditope was Lindy's discovery team science work on it... As we can all see with the names on scientific papers surrounding it... names that change from time to time.... Machado leaving nothing to see there... Machado still a huge Lindy fan and proud of his work with scancell...Obvious!... And as C7 says scancell have been able to attract talents too most notably Paston who jumped the great British biotech unicorn Immunocore where she was I'd say more pivotal in developing their TCR techs than Machado was in developing Lindy's moditope ... Hopefully more news on modi1 progress to that very exciting trial soon
